We choose rare Japanese malt whiskies, finest malt whiskies from the rest of the world and fuse this unique blend with the highest quality pure spring water from Japan. A variation of the traditional Sambuca dei Cesari Luxardo. It is aromatized with licorice, with a production recipe entailing several levels of successive infusions to blend the different ingredients. The predominant taste is star anise, combined with a new velvety sensation on the palate of lightly spicy hints of cardamom and coriander and an aftertaste dominated by licorice aromas. It is neither an ordinary licorice digestivo nor a commonplace coffee-sambuca.

Luxardo Triplum is obtained from the distillation of the three types of citrus fruit and a selection of dried flowers. All this gives to the distillate a unique refined aroma. The distillate is filtered, diluted and sugared.

Malfy Gin Rosa is made with the peel of sun-ripened Sicilian pink grapefruit grown in citrus groves on the Mediterranean. The peels are infused with juniper in an Italian grain spirit for 36 hours. Five other botanicals--lemon peel, grapefruit peel, angelica root, orris root, and coriander are used in its production. This very pale rose tinged gin has aromas and flavours of grapefruit, rhubarb, citrus, anise, and of course juniper.

Amaro Montenegro is a traditional amaro distilled in Bologna, Italy. It is made from a secret blend of 40 botanicals, including vanilla, orange peels and eucalyptus. Aromas and flavours include: rose petals, dried citrus, and cherry. Not cloyingly sweet.

Sambuca is an anise-flavoured liqueur, produced by the infusion of witch elder bush and licorice, sweetened with sugar and enhanced with a secret combination of herbs and spices.

Roberto Cavalli vodka is crystal clear, has a very clean, highly genuine aroma and just a hint of citrus. It goes into the mouth sweet, soft and well-balanced, a prelude to a medium bodied structure with a fine, silky elegance bearing minerals and spices. On the palate, the fresh wooden barrel dominates with a hint of nectar, pure malt, a little citrus, oak notes, Mizunara, coffee beans. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.

Sandro Bottega Grappa starts with a clean & perfumed bouquet characterized buy fresh fruit & a note of wildflowers. The taste is dry, well balanced with a persistent fruity aftertaste & herbaceous hints at the finish.

This grappa is derived from Glera grapes which are the grapes used to make Prosecco and has been aged in barrels that have undergone a special smoking process. Its olfactory notes are reminiscent of dried raisins, vanilla & sweet spices. The taste is smooth & round and is characterized by a spicy aftertaste with a delicate aroma of vanilla on the finish.

Initial aging has occurred in sherry, bourbon and Hogshead casks and then finished in Mizunara Oak. Aromas of honey, wisps of chocolate, dry grass and bonfire smoke. On the palate caramel, coffee, gently smoke, seaweed and vanilla. Long finish with notes of salted caramel.
