Bottega Gold is a sparkling Prosecco; the Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet is very comples with green apples, pear, citrus fruits, white flowers, acacia, wisteria, lily of the valley and spices. The taste is light with livelinees and balanced acidity.

Bottega Rose Gold is a Brut rosé sparkling wine obtained through vinification of Pinot Noir grapes. Subltle pink in colour with bouquet of mixed berries, currants, wild straweberries and floral notes. Balanced acidity and flavours that are consistent to the aroma.

Bottega White Gold is a sparkling wine blend of 3 grape varietals: Glera (for freshness), Chardonnay (for body) & Pinot Grigio (for acidity). The straw yellow colour leads to aromas of apples & peaches with a hint of floral hawthorn. Perfectly balanced.

Aromas of florals and citrus are followed by lively yet soft notes of ripe apple, pear and white peach. Balanced with refreshing acidity, the creamy mouthfeel and layers of soft bubbles persist through to the long, elegant finish.
