Each bottle of 1792 Ridgemont Reserve is handcrafted in small batches and aged 8 years in new charred oak barrels. The result is a distinctively smooth pour, equally worthy of rare occasions and everyday enjoyment.

This wine is aged in American oak barrels for 24 months and then for an extended period in bottle. Bright red wine with garnet rim, turning to brick, showing its extended ageing in barrels and bottle. Complex aromas of mature dark fruit, vanilla and cinnamon spice with mineral notes. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. Cherry red colour with a thin terracotta edge, reflecting longer barrel age. Intense aromas of fresh raspberry and cherry, combine with more complex aromas of prune, earthy notes and sweet spice. On the palate there are flavours of raspberries and wild berries that lead to a long spicy finish.

This expression has spent up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks. This expression was created from a mash that by law had to be no lower than 51% rye; following distillation it was aged in new charred oak barrels for 10 years. Brilliant ruby colour. Aromas of dark cherry, cardamom, raspberry, red tea notes and a swirl of red licorice. This medium bodied wine is in good balance with moderate and refined tannins, a light snap of acidity, all backed by a kirsch note on the juicy finish.

A blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The different varietals are vinified separately. The grapes are hand - picked, crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian oak barrels. The wines are barrel aged for 6 months. Balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits.

This batch is made up of barrels from four production dates that were aged in four different warehouses. Amber in colour with aromas of oak, toasted nuts and vanilla. Balanced on the palate with a slight warmth.

A well rounded and silky rose made with the Bobal grape. Pale Pink with giving aromas of strawberry, citrus and rose petal, finishes nice acidity and minerality on the palate.
