The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Created with fresh spring water from the nearby Pitilie Burn, they are truly "Scotch" Scotches, as only Scottish Optic Barley is used. Colour: Full, gold yellow. Nose: Floral, light smoke, nutty, orange zest. Palate: Fresh, hint of sweetness, honey, oak, citrus. Body: Full bodied. Finish: Long, subtle vanilla, soft oily, subtle sweetness.

100% Bobal grape. Raspberry red colour. Aromas include red fruit, currants, cherries, and strawberries. On the palate it is dry and very refreshing.

This expression has spent up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks. The mingling of raw, spicy and earthy rye with the mellow sweetness of rum finishing creates an incomparably smooth whiskey. Aromas of citrus, caramel candy, maple sugar, vanilla, oak, hazelnut, spice and sherry wood. On the palate: sweet rum, sherry wood, and soft oak. A sweet/dry finish.

Ripe berry flavours with notes of white chocolate, black olives and white pepper provide plenty of mouth filling satisfaction. Tannins are robust and smooth adding roundness and complex elegance to the lingering finish.

Blackened Whisky started as a collaboration between Master Distiller Dave Pickerell and Metallica, but when Dave passed away in 2018, Master Distiller Rob Dietrich joined the team in 2019 and now oversees the Blackened American Whiskey distilling process. A blend of hand-selected, well-aged North American bourbon & rye whiskeys, uniquely finished in black brandy casks and the earth-shattering music of Metallica. Each batch of whiskey is blasted with it's very own Metallica playlist, curated by the band themselves. Burnt caramel, oak and honey on the nose along with notes of cinnamon, allspice, dark fruit, clove and mint. The finish is long and smooth with a taste profile that is slightly creamy with hints of butterscotch, toffee and maple.

Typical aromas and flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon, with pronounced accents of black pepper and blackcurrant. Fleshy, with fine tannins and elegant structure as well as a pleasant, lingering finish. Great with Portobello mushroom burger or lamb chops.

This Cabernet offers aromas of bright cherry, currant, and raspberry with notes of toasted oak and vanilla. In the glass, you will find flavours of cherry and currant and a lingering and thoughtful finish.

Barrel aged in virgin American oak barrels between one and three years to attain its rich golden colour and complex flavour profile. This añejo delivers rich notes of cacao, tobacco, almonds and died fruits. The finish is smooth, buttery, elegant, and long-lasting.

Color is yellow with golden reflects. In the nose, the smell of almonds and butter pairs very well with elegance with white fruits and citrus notes. The finish is long and mineral. Aging has occurred on the lees.

Crystal Head is made with high quality peaches and cream corn that is distilled four times into a neutral grain gluten-free spirit and blended with pristine water from Newfoundland, Canada. The liquid is then filtered seven times, of which three are through layers of semi precious crystals known as Herkimer diamonds.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot work together to create a wine that exhibits plush fruit supported by deep tannins. We make this wine to cellar for a number of years. A youthful wine will therefore exhibit well structured tannins that demands a complimenting food while a wine with greater than 4 years of age will begin to deliver nuances of flavour, texture and length that can only be achieved by making the wine in this traditional style.

J. Lohr Estates Falcon’s Perch Pinot Noir offers mixed, ripe notes of black cherry, strawberry and dried herbs lifted by vanilla spice. Plump red fruit on the palate finishes with a touch of talc and rhubarb. The clean acidity invites a wide range of food pairings.

This wine has aromas of raspberry, red currant and blackberry. The flavours are very rich and concentrated with substantial yet velvety tannins.

This wine is quite flavourful with an elegant touch of violets and ripe strawberries. Excellent structure and balanced acidity.

Smooth and mellow, some complexity dry fruit, full with a hint of sweetness, good length.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.

A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes that have been fermented in glass lined cement tanks and matured on the fine lees. The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan; good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity.

A colour of vibrant gold with floral notes of wild flowers and roundness of summer fruits. A silky texture with a ripe, balanced finish.

Soft and silky, with lingering floral and crushed pomegranate aromas, this medium bodied wine was aged for 11 months in small French oak barrels, which added a hint of toasty vanilla and spice complexity.

Well-balanced with vanilla and butterscotch wrapped in toasted wood coming from a maturation period of more than a year in American white oak casks. Finish: Mild warmth, flavour is sweet with velvety finish.

Toasted bread maltiness, succulent pear and crisp apple fruit with just enough charcoal and peaty smokiness and dry nutty wood. More dry nutty notes emerge with subtle lingering peat smoke. Wonderfully rounded and flavoursome.

Deep garnet color. Aromas of blackberry, cherry, forest floor, white pepper, slightly herbaceous. Sturdy with lively tannins, wild & earthy with noticeable acidity.
