The Louis M. Martini Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a deep burgundy colour with aromas of dark fruits, smoky cedar and dried herbs. Concentrated flavours of black cherry and blackberry are framed nicely by cedar and toast notes on the finish.

Very dark very dense. Blackberries and other black fruit aromas mingle with interesting and complicated scents of violets, forest floor, and aromatic spices.

The Vintners Blend has a somewhat smoky and savoury character at the core of chocolate, peppery spices and blackberry aromas. In the mouth, the entry is smooth and then it picks up some texture mid-palate. The finish is long and trails berry and mocha flavours. Pair with hearty mole chili.

Our new “Red Wine of the World”, this red blend is sourced from famed regions of southern Australia, the Barossa Valley, and McLaren Vale. Mostly Shiraz with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, Transit 1 is bold yet nuanced, featuring scents of smoky meat, chocolate, and wet soil. A hint of mint on the palate.

Red Schooner does not include a vintage date but is known by the voyage from which it traveled (i.e. Voyage 10 is the 2020 vintage). Strikingly smooth, with scents and flavors of dark fruit and fine, textural tannins.

Pale yellow in colour, pear and lemon on the nose, and bosc pear and tart lemon on the palate.

With crisp and bright flavours of ripe pineapple and gooseberry, our Woodbridge Sauvignon Blanc is a fruit-forward wine that shines alone and alongside food. A lovely accompaniment to seafood dishes, Woodbridge Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect complement to seared scallops over linguine. The wine's bright style also pairs nicely with light dishes such as fresh spring salad with Chevre. Enjoy our Sauvignon Blanc well chilled.

SEGHESIO SONOMA ZINFANDEL

Delivers bright, vibrant notes of cassis, cedar, and black raspberries with hints of bay leaves and tilled earth in the background. The palate is full-bodied, rich and plush, featuring a lively backbone and a long finish that displays wonderful purity and precision.

Complex aroma of black plum, herbs, vanilla, leather and spice. There is richness and balance to this wine leading to a long, drawn out finish.

Our California Merlot has aromas of concentrated wild strawberries and tea leaf, with a touch of herbaceous sage for extra complexity. On the palate, this wine has classic Merlot character, with bright cranberry and cherry flavours and a light herbal note, expertly balanced with integrated oak and hints of milk chocolate. Medium-bodied with moderate tannins, the zesty acidity makes this an excellent wine for food-pairing.

This full-bodied wine offers rich layers of lush fruit and silky, well-integrated tannins. The mid - palate is juicy with mocha and spice flavours. The wine is supported, not dominated by oak. Toasty, sweet notes with graceful, balanced texture. This wine is restrained with excellent structure and acidity with a long, flavourable finish.
