Each bottle of 1792 Ridgemont Reserve is handcrafted in small batches and aged 8 years in new charred oak barrels. The result is a distinctively smooth pour, equally worthy of rare occasions and everyday enjoyment.

This 100% Weber blue agave Anejo has been aged for a minimum of 14 months in American and French Oak barrels. Aromas of toffee, black pepper, cedar and dried fruits. The palate displays full flavours of caramel, toffee and black pepper. On the finish it is spicy and well rounded.

This tequila is aged in French and American oak barrels, then rested in port wine casks. Finally, it is meticulously filtered to a crystal clear colour while retaining the depth and complexity of an anejo.

Made with 100% weber blue a gave. The liquid is double distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas is blended together. The result is a smooth premium tequila that is dry and warming on the palate. Clean, balanced taste with hints of fruit and pepper. Perfect sipped neat, on the rocks, as a shot or in a cocktail.

The best agaves are selected after cultivation and cooked in traditional cone-shaped wood ovens. The wood is lit and volcanic rocks are placed on top of it in a pyramid shape, the oven is covered with cloth and earth and cooked for 3-5 days. Once cooked, the pinas are milled with a stone and kept in a wooden tub for fermentation. 400 Conejos Joven is double distilled and has slight smokiness on the palate.

This expression has rested in American oak barrels, and is blended with Extra Anejo Tequila. Aromas of vanilla, meringue, honey and fruit. On the palate roasted agave and notes of caramel and vanilla. Smooth caramel finish with notes of sweet cooked agave and pecan pie.

This expression has spent up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks. The mingling of raw, spicy and earthy rye with the mellow sweetness of rum finishing creates an incomparably smooth whiskey. Basil Hayden toast is dark amber in colour with aromas and flavours of toasted oak that are complemented by dried fruit and caramelized sugar.

This expression was created from a mash that by law had to be no lower than 51% rye; following distillation it was aged in new charred oak barrels for 10 years. The result is aromas of sweet vanilla, oak and a touch of light fruit are followed by the taste is of spice, oak, hints of caramel, tobacco and warm cinnamon.

This batch is made up of barrels from four production dates that were aged in four different warehouses. Amber in colour with aromas of oak, toasted nuts and vanilla. Balanced on the palate with a slight warmth.

Mezcal BRIJ3 was born through an effort to embrace the customs and traditions of Oaxaca, and the artisans of San Martín Tilcajete, known as "the place where the Alebrijes are born."Each bottle is hand painted by the regional artists of San Martín Tilcajete, with their own designs and colours, making each bottle unique to itself. Aromas of freshly cut grass, chlorophyll, citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, as well as smoked and toasted notes. On the palate it is youthful and strong with balanced acidity, offering a long finish with a pleasant balance of smoke and a fresh lingering herbaceous quality.

Only 100% pure blue agave is used in our Rosa Blanco Tequila. Slow fermented for 48-60 hours and then double distilled in copper pot stills. The 100% Weber Blue Agave piñas are rested (aged) eight months in American oak barrels. This creates an intense amber coloured tequila with silky, rich body. The aromas are woody, fruity, vanilla and toffee/caramel-centric. On the palate, there is a complex blend of wood, fruit, vanilla, toffee, and caramel. The finish is amazingly long and smooth.

This 100% Agave tequila has been aged in American white Oak barrels for 12 to 14 months. Aromas and flavours include caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, chocolate mocha, honey, and cinnamon. On the palate a spicy smoke influences the flavours. The finish is smooth and elegant.

The Reposado is a medium straw colour. Medium to full bodied palate with deeply roasted agave and grilled fruit and pepper notes followed by a wave of peppery oak and spice.

An ultra-aged tequila, 100% from blue agave, created from a perfect selection of raw material to commemorate the tradition and history of Jose Cuervo. The agaves used to produce it are harvested in full maturity and come from a single crop field. The tequila is first aged in French and American oak barrels. It is then blended with those tequilas to be found in the legendary demijohns of the cellar. Finally it is aged for another year in sherry barrels brought from Spain.

This Extra-Añejo is made from single-estate agaves which have been matured to 12 years. It has been aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years up to 30 years.
