This is a blend of aged spirits, which have been finished in Cognac casks. Chocolate and fruit aromas and flavours.

A brown/chestnut in appearance, initial deep scents of brown sugar and toffee; then candied walnut, toasted marshmallow, treacle and dark, old honey. Creamy in texture, with highlights of burnt sugar and cocoa, earthy, grassy and lean, with pocket flavours of treacle and marzipan.

Fruity aroma with hints of lemony muscat. Fresh tasting with hints of peach, muscat and having a lemony finish.
