This Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask aged straight bourbon whiskey has aromas of sherry, caramel and cherry. Raisins, currants, cherries, almond, and vanilla unfurl on the palate.

Very dark very dense. Blackberries and other black fruit aromas mingle with interesting and complicated scents of violets, forest floor, and aromatic spices.

The Vintners Blend has a somewhat smoky and savoury character at the core of chocolate, peppery spices and blackberry aromas. In the mouth, the entry is smooth and then it picks up some texture mid-palate. The finish is long and trails berry and mocha flavours. Pair with hearty mole chili.

Our new “Red Wine of the World”, this red blend is sourced from famed regions of southern Australia, the Barossa Valley, and McLaren Vale. Mostly Shiraz with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, Transit 1 is bold yet nuanced, featuring scents of smoky meat, chocolate, and wet soil. A hint of mint on the palate.

With crisp and bright flavours of ripe pineapple and gooseberry, our Woodbridge Sauvignon Blanc is a fruit-forward wine that shines alone and alongside food. A lovely accompaniment to seafood dishes, Woodbridge Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect complement to seared scallops over linguine. The wine's bright style also pairs nicely with light dishes such as fresh spring salad with Chevre. Enjoy our Sauvignon Blanc well chilled.

Soft and silky, with lingering floral and crushed pomegranate aromas, this medium bodied wine was aged for 11 months in small French oak barrels, which added a hint of toasty vanilla and spice complexity.

This rich, supple wine bursts with blackberry and dark cherries with hints of spice followed by lush, rounded tannins and a lingering finish.

RonDiaz Gran Reserva Spiced Rum is blended with 3 year old aged rum to increase the complexity and depth of flavours of vanilla, caramel, and hints of oak resulting in richer, rounder more refined rum.

Our Pinot Noir is sourced from premier coastal regions, with cooling breezes off the Pacific Ocean that balance the bright warmth of the sun. SEGHESIO SONOMA ZINFANDEL

Delivers bright, vibrant notes of cassis, cedar, and black raspberries with hints of bay leaves and tilled earth in the background. The palate is full-bodied, rich and plush, featuring a lively backbone and a long finish that displays wonderful purity and precision.

Complex aroma of black plum, herbs, vanilla, leather and spice. There is richness and balance to this wine leading to a long, drawn out finish.

Our California Merlot has aromas of concentrated wild strawberries and tea leaf, with a touch of herbaceous sage for extra complexity. On the palate, this wine has classic Merlot character, with bright cranberry and cherry flavours and a light herbal note, expertly balanced with integrated oak and hints of milk chocolate. Medium-bodied with moderate tannins, the zesty acidity makes this an excellent wine for food-pairing.

Stainless steel aged in the presence of oak. Pomegranate notes, with tart cherry, cranberry sauce and baking spice.

This classically-styled Cabernet Sauvignon was made with grapes grown in select vineyards from Central and North Coast California. Ruby red in color with aromas of black currant, cherry, and toasted vanilla. On the palate fresh blackberry, caramel, a hint of coffee, and delicate tannins.

Green apple, baked pear, and nutmeg aromas on the nose. On the palate tropical fruit, butterscotch, and toasty oak spice flavours. The mouthfeel is rich and rounded with a long finish and layered acidity.

Our Cab displays the rich, fruit-driven style of its California origins with refined elegance. This dry straw yellow coloured wine features medium woody, empyreumatic and fruity scents and offers a full-bodied texture.

Our Pinot Grigio combines crisp citrus and rich, floral minerality into a wine that is distinctly Californian. Fragrant whiffs of honeysuckle sweep over fresh pear, apple and lemon aromas in the nose. On the palate, a bright acidity and fresh, lively finish balance rich flavours of citrus and red apple. Versatile and food friendly, try with fresh seafood or light pasta dishes, or on its own as an aperitif on warm summer evenings.

This blend is a combination of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, Malbec, and Pinot Noir grapes. This vintage was aged 21 months in a combination of French, American, and Hungarian oak. Deep garnet colour with aromas of tobacco, baking spice, and cassis. On the palate are flavours of blackberry, dark cherry, ripe plum, and pomegranate. It has a full structure with plush tannins and a lengthy finish.

Dark purple in colour with aromas of black berries and blue berries, and cinnamon spice. The taste provides good density, firm tannin structure, and a long, smooth finish. Different blocks at the vineyard were fermented separately to preserve ideal characteristics of each.

An ode to the great outdoors, Tincup is a blend of two great American whiskeys, "high rye" bourbon is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey and cut with rocky mountain water. Aromas of dry winter spices, toasted brioche, with a flavour that is semi-sweet, dry raisin, apples, and cinnamon with a spicy finish. Enjoy on the rocks or in a cocktail.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is dark red in colour with aromas of currant and plum and wonderful hints of mocha and coffee on the palate. This wine is fruit forward with a supple mouthfeel and medium body.
