This sweet full-bodied mead has distinctive flavours of maple syrup and Manitoba wildflower honey with notes of vanilla, oak and maple candy. Enjoy it with pork, salmon or spicy Asian foods, as well as with your favourite dessert!

Deep ruby red colour with hints of purple; ripe blackberry and plum aromas with coffee, cedar and smoky notes; dry, full-bodied; black cherry flavour, well balanced with a long smoky finish.

Medium ruby colour; aromas of red cherry, earth, cracked pepper and toasted oak; on the palate it is dry and medium bodied with flavours of bright red fruit, earth and vanilla with dusty, dry tannins.

Ice-wine & Brandy is half as sweet as traditional Ice-wine, this dessert wine is a delicate blend of Vidal Ice-wine & seven year, barrel aged brandy. It is smooth on the palate with intense tropical fruit notes of the Ice-wine, complemented by warmth of the brandy in the finish.

Full bodied with a hint of spice and toast. This Cabernet-Merlot blend is finished in whisky barrels for an exceptionally smooth finish.
