Untouched by wood barrels, unmarked by aging, our crystal clear Hornitos Plata is the purest expression of 100% Agave flavour. Double distillation and gentle agave extraction preserve the lively agave flavour and smooth character but with less complexity than Hornitos Reposado. Plata is a classic blanco tequila, a pure embodiment of the clean, natural flavours of the finest agave. Its floral, herbal notes are perfectly complimented by hints of clove, almond and fresh wood, coupled with a zesty finish.

This plata has complex aromas and flavours of spice, herb, pepper, brine/sea salt and citrus with candied, floral notes and hints of cooked agave and sweet fruit.

Complex aromas of light smoke, citrus pith and lemon juice. On the palate the smokiness continues followed by orange peel and hints of sea salt.

Notes of rich warm oak, vanilla and roasted agave with a lightly sweet and complex finish.
