These Riesling vines grow in a stony, shallow blue slate soil which gives the wine a delicate, fresh acidity that perfectly balances the peach and lemon notes.

This ruby red spicy and noble red wine is the most famous Hungarian wine. It is blended of Kékfrankos, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zweigelt wines. The harmony of the component is developed by oak ageing in the cellars of Eger which are carved in tuff. Monkey 47 is a batch distilled and handcrafted gin from Germany’s Black Forest, and was created with the use of 47 ingredients. Clear with a silvery, glycerous appearance. Crisp and fresh on the nose. The initial perfumed burst is of sweet berry / juniper and assorted fresh citrus peel; further aeration releases pine needle, lavender and clove-like scents.

Royal Tokaji's 1st growth Nyulaszo vineyard is the benchmark for quality. As in all aszu wines, the three grape varieties are Furmint, Harslevelu and Muscat de Lunel. The characteristics are a vivid gold colour with honeyed apricot and orange peel flavours which are uplifted with dramatic acidity.

Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Beerenauslese smells of liqueur-like, jellied, vanilla- and chocolate-covered purple plums and black cherries. The implosive palate concentration though is simply beyond “liqueur-like” and into realms I can’t recall. Strong brown spices, herbal concentrates add complexity and a buttery, creamy texture does not prevent this wine from preserving the most remarkable clarity of jellied pit fruit concentration, photo-electric brilliance of fruit acids lighting the way to an endless finish.

Fully ripe grapes with 10% botrytis were selectively hand-picked in early November, preceded by a “green Harvest” in mid-September. Fermentation with grapes' own “wild” yeast in a stainless-steel tank took 9 months. Very concentrated golden fruits and honey notes; very elegant. Ageing potential of 30+ years.

White wine with a fruity nose and well balanced residual sugar content. Fragrant, tropical fruit notes with citrus flavours and a medium finish.

Mtsvane grapes from the Kakheti region are used for this white wine. It displays dominant aromas of yellow fruits and hints of wild flowers, and has a light acidity and long finish.

This red wine is produced from Saperavi grapes grown in the Mukuzani appellation of the Kakheti region. Aromas of ripe cherry, almond and vanilla. Velvety taste of tannins is complemented by the notes of oak with long finish.
