This 100% Weber blue agave Anejo has been aged for a minimum of 14 months in American and French Oak barrels. Aromas of toffee, black pepper, cedar and dried fruits. The palate displays full flavours of caramel, toffee and black pepper. On the finish it is spicy and well rounded.

This tequila is aged in French and American oak barrels, then rested in port wine casks. Finally, it is meticulously filtered to a crystal clear colour while retaining the depth and complexity of an anejo.

Made with 100% weber blue a gave. The liquid is double distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas is blended together. The result is a smooth premium tequila that is dry and warming on the palate. Clean, balanced taste with hints of fruit and pepper. Perfect sipped neat, on the rocks, as a shot or in a cocktail.

The best agaves are selected after cultivation and cooked in traditional cone-shaped wood ovens. The wood is lit and volcanic rocks are placed on top of it in a pyramid shape, the oven is covered with cloth and earth and cooked for 3-5 days. Once cooked, the pinas are milled with a stone and kept in a wooden tub for fermentation. 400 Conejos Joven is double distilled and has slight smokiness on the palate.

This expression has rested in American oak barrels, and is blended with Extra Anejo Tequila. Aromas of vanilla, meringue, honey and fruit. On the palate roasted agave and notes of caramel and vanilla. Smooth caramel finish with notes of sweet cooked agave and pecan pie.

Grape Varieties in this blend are old vines of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. Intense ruby red in colour with an elegant bouquet of matured cherry, blackberry and spices (ginger in particular). A persistent and warm taste, with a light and pleasant savoury note.

Brilliant ruby red colour. This sumptuous wine offers aromas of ripe blackberries and cherries. On the palate it's well rounded and rich with fruit forward notes that are complemented by hints of leather and mesquite.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Ruby red in color with rich aromas of ripe fruit especially blueberries and blackberries, and tobacco and white pepper. The savory and persistent palate has mouth filling tannins and a pleasant finish of fresh fruit and cherry flavored chocolate.

Tignanello is made primarily with Sangiovese and a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The 2018 is a deeply intense ruby red colour. On the nose, it's remarkably complex notes of ripe red fruits, black cherries and sour cherries that merge with sweet hints of vanilla, mint and white pepper. The palate is rich, elegant and well - balanced.

Tignanello 2019 is a deep ruby red colour. It's nose offers exceptional complexity with notes of red fruits, strawberries, pomegranate, apricots, peaches in syrup, vanilla, dried flowers, chocolate, nutmeg, coffee, caramel and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate silky, vibrant tannins, roasted coffee, bitter chocolate with a lengthy finish.

Ruby red in colour. The 2010 Pèppoli is characterized by notes of cherry fruit well amalgamated with chocolate and vanilla from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine shows much Sangiovese character with soft and silky tannins. A good persistence on the finish and aftertaste.

This Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc blend has and intense ruby red colour. On the nose you find hints of black currant, blueberry and jam prunes, that blend perfectly with elegant notes of tobacco and licorice. Mellow tannins.

Blackened Whisky started as a collaboration between Master Distiller Dave Pickerell and Metallica, but when Dave passed away in 2018, Master Distiller Rob Dietrich joined the team in 2019 and now oversees the Blackened American Whiskey distilling process. Bottega Pinot Grigio Rose grapes are allowed to hang longer on the vine than those used to produce a white version. The increased ripeness is responsible for the development of colour, tannin & flavour concentration. Floral notes with touches of citrus fruits & herbs.

This pistachio green creamy liqueur is pleasantly characterized by an intense aroma of pistachio. Pistachios now grow spontaneously on the Sicilian volcano Mount Etna, they are turned into a paste and then mixed with alcohol, water and sugar creating a creamy round velvety liqueur.

Bottega Raspberry Cream is a Raspberry, White Chocolate Cream Liqueur. The moderate alcohol base makes it very soft on the palate with the unmistakable flavour of Raspberries.

Mezcal BRIJ3 was born through an effort to embrace the customs and traditions of Oaxaca, and the artisans of San Martín Tilcajete, known as "the place where the Alebrijes are born."Each bottle is hand painted by the regional artists of San Martín Tilcajete, with their own designs and colours, making each bottle unique to itself. The Negroni is made with Campari, Cinzano Rosso Vermouth and London Dry Gin. To the eye, antique red with amber-orange tint. Aromatics of juniper berry and spiced herbal lead to flavours of juniper citrus, herbs, spice, wormwood and bitter root.

The grapes are vinified traditionally, with a delicate maceration on the skins. The wine then matures for eight months in French oak barrels, followed by a further three months’ bottle ageing. Artas has a bright, deep, ruby red colour; a very pronounced, complex and ethereal bouquet with strong hints of fruits of the forest in perfect balance with sweet balsamic notes and the aroma of roasted coffee. The flavour is full, warm, soft and very enveloping with soft and elegant tannins. It finishes with a pleasant aftertaste of red fruits.

Brilliant in color, this lively Cenote Blanco tequila is packed with bright citrus and pepper on the nose. Continuous flavor of rich, cooked agave, spices, subtle wood, and green vegetables, are a result of mellowing the spirt in American Oak barrels for three weeks.

Only 100% pure blue agave is used in our Rosa Blanco Tequila. Slow fermented for 48-60 hours and then double distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is then aged in red wine oak barrels for a short period of time to absorb the colour of the wine casks. Floral notes evolve into unique aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and honey. The palate entertains with notes of orange peel, cherry, and dark berry notes. Smooth and balanced taste with and light finish.

Pale yellow with green nuances; very delicate bouquet, fragrant, aromatic, very fresh and well balanced.

The 100% Weber Blue Agave piñas are rested (aged) eight months in American oak barrels. This creates an intense amber coloured tequila with silky, rich body. The aromas are woody, fruity, vanilla and toffee/caramel-centric. On the palate, there is a complex blend of wood, fruit, vanilla, toffee, and caramel. The finish is amazingly long and smooth.

Glera grapes are grown organically for this sparkling Prosecco. Light yellow in colour with aromas of flowers, citrus, apple and pear. Crisp and fruity with some floral, citrus and minerality on the palate.

Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. Nose of tropical fruit, honey, & roast agave; palate offers ginger, cinnamon, & tangerine, with a soft finish.

Don Julio 1942 Anejo Tequila is handcrafted in tribute to the year that Don Julio Gonzalez began his tequila-making journey. Produced in small batches and aged for a minimum of two and a half years in oak barrels. Golden hue colour leads way to aromas of agave, vanilla and oak then to flavours of oak, pepper, cinnamon, sun-ripened tropical fruits and spice.

This limited edition release is smooth in character with highlights of vanilla, honey and toasted oak. The finish has lingering hints of oak followed by a clean, warm finish.

Don Julio Anejo has been barrel aged in smaller batches for eighteen months in American white-oak barrels. Rich, distinctive and wonderfully complex, its flavor strikes the perfect balance between agave, wood and hints of vanilla. Best experienced neat in a snifter or simply on the rocks.
