The wine has a rich ruby colour & a bright bouquet with hints of cherry, blackberry & pomegranate, light in notes of vanilla, spices & dried herbs. Juicy, with a good level of acidity on the palate & a refreshing, harmonious finish.

Following fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. Cherry red colour with a thin terracotta edge, reflecting longer barrel age. Complex aromas of dark fruits, toffee and balsamic as well as some mineral notes. Silky, refreshing, well balanced fruit and noticeable spicy oak characteristics. A blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The different varietals are vinified separately. The grapes are hand - picked, crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian oak barrels. The wines are barrel aged for 6 months. Balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits.

Cherry-red colour with good robe. Spicy, balsamic aromas of great complexity, with notes of ripe dark berries and light toasted nuances. On the palate it is full and tasty, with good structure and rounded, elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh, with a slight reminder of the fine oak. This wine goes well with ham, mild cheeses, casseroles which are not highly spiced, bean and pulse dishes, poultry, red meat, grills and roasts. Best served at between 16º and 18ºC.

A glass-coating opaque purple colour, it has greater density and grip than the Reserva cuvee as well as layers of ripe, sweet fruit.

The stemmed grapes are crushed softly by a light maceration before going to press. Only free-run juice was used. This attractive wine was powered by the wish to produce a subtle fruity, floral and dry Rose.
