Rich full bodied rum with aromas of toasted almond and delicate hazelnut followed by notes of intense orange peel, rich vanilla and subtle hints of medium roasted coffee and molasses.

Aged first in American white oak Bourbon casks and then finished in used in Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky barrels. Delicate spiced fruit twisted with dried honeyed raisins, caramel, vanilla with overtone of oak finishing with orange. Long finish honeyed with hints of nuts and spice.

Crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours. This is a blend of pot and column still rums which have been aged for an average of 4 years. The first nosing passes find gentle scents of light spice and brown sugar; aeration reveals solid aromas of molasses and buttered toast. The palate entry is delicious, rich and toasty; the midpalate features elegant flavours of toasted honey-wheat bread, honey and refined sugar. The finish is more bittersweet than sweet.

Soft amber in color, with an aroma of sweet rye grassiness upfront, followed by hints of citrus and apple. Flavor notes of toasted oak, butterscotch, vanilla wafers and a soft hint of pepper that leads to a beautiful, sweet and complex finish with a creamy mouth feel.

Mash Bill: 80% Corn, 10% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley. Gold in color, with an aroma of toasted oak and sweet corn with a hint of citrus and apple. Flavour notes of sweet-toasted maple, roasted creme brulee, and subtle hints of a granny smith apple and caramel lead to a very balanced, long, soft, and slightly sweet finish.

The nose begins with lingonberries and waxy leaves, as well as sour cherries, violets, and rosebuds, followed by a more traditional line of rye spice, oak, and cinnamon. The palate is rich with vanilla upfront, with chocolate syrup, green oak, and the burnt corner pieces from a brownie tray. A short finish shifts to astringent oak, with spearmint, and baking spices heavy on the cloves.

This is the second release of the Bootleg Series by Heaven's Door. It is named after Bob Dylan's famous “Bootleg Series” of albums and it invites people to experience the art of craft whiskey on a new level. This 15 YO Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been finished in Jamaican pot still rum casks. On the nose: cornbread, cocoa nibs, tobacco leaf, and an abundance of maple syrup. The palate delivers dried apricot, and sandalwood, with a nutty richness and a finish of toasted coconut, holiday spice, and toasted oak.

Aged in special barrels which expose the whiskey to a greater percent of oak surface. Rich tasting with notes of caramel, oak and spice.

A blend of Bonded American Malt, Rye and Tennessee Whiskies. Notes of honey, malt and soft oak, leading to a long lasting and well - rounded finish.

The whiskey is rich and dark with an aroma of baked apples, toasted oak and baking spices. The entry follows suit with a slightly sweet entry that immediately turns to dry, cut oak and a little smoke. We took the flavours of sweet chocolate chip cookie dough and mixed them in with our aged whiskey.
