This wine is extremely approachable, rich and well rounded. The nose shows hints of vanilla, pomegranate, eucalyptus and chocolate. The palate is bright and fruit forward, displaying raspberries, strawberry jam and currants.

A rich, bold, terroir-driven blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc from select micro-blocks. Abundant spice, floral, and dark red fruit aromas, enveloping the palate with dense structure, toasted oak, fine tannins and red plum flavours.

Soft amber in color, with an aroma of sweet rye grassiness upfront, followed by hints of citrus and apple. Flavor notes of toasted oak, butterscotch, vanilla wafers and a soft hint of pepper that leads to a beautiful, sweet and complex finish with a creamy mouth feel.

Mash Bill: 80% Corn, 10% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley. Gold in color, with an aroma of toasted oak and sweet corn with a hint of citrus and apple. Burgundy in colour, this wine has a fine aroma of black berries and rose petals. There is a hint of raspberry in the flavour. Decanting this wine brings out the characteristic silky texture of Pinot Noir. Served slightly cool, this is excellent with salmon as well as red meats and cheese.

The nose begins with lingonberries and waxy leaves, as well as sour cherries, violets, and rosebuds, followed by a more traditional line of rye spice, oak, and cinnamon. It is named after Bob Dylan's famous “Bootleg Series” of albums and it invites people to experience the art of craft whiskey on a new level. This 15 YO Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been finished in Jamaican pot still rum casks. On the nose: cornbread, cocoa nibs, tobacco leaf, and an abundance of maple syrup. The palate delivers dried apricot, and sandalwood, with a nutty richness and a finish of toasted coconut, holiday spice, and toasted oak.

Medium ruby colour; aromas of red cherry, earth, cracked pepper and toasted oak; on the palate it is dry and medium bodied with flavours of bright red fruit, earth and vanilla with dusty, dry tannins.

Pineapple, apricot and coconut mingle on the palate with hints of orange blossom and almond. Rich and refreshing, the tropical notes are balanced by crisp acidity and flavours of lemon, lime and tangerine. The Reserve Chardonnay has been partially barrel fermented and aged sur lie in American and French oak for seven months.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The palate is lush and rich revealing similar flavours along with subtle hints of dried tobacco, sage and earth. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

Rich and concentrated with classic aromas of citrus, apricot and mineral. This intense and ultra-sweet Icewine is laced with tropical fruit flavours yet remains balanced by citrus infused acidity.

Nothing brings - out the sweetness of watermelon like a little sprinkle of salt. We took this mouth - watering, salty - sweet combo and added it to Ole Smoky Whisky.

We took the flavours of sweet chocolate chip cookie dough and mixed them in with our aged whiskey.

Each varietal lot was kept separate and then aged carefully for 20 months before blending, racking and bottling. Always unfined and unfiltered to best show the terroir. Rich black fruits mixed with spicy notes and classic Similkameen minerality.

In keeping with classic Bordeaux tradition, Pétales d’Osoyoos represents the second wine of Osoyoos Larose. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with a complex nose of red fruits, pepper, caramel and vanilla notes. The mid-palate shows complex layers with raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours. The finish is long and smooth with ripe tannins, elegance and finesse. Best to drink within four to five years.

This homegrown Pinot Blanc tempts with aromas of ripe apples, pears and peaches with hints of citrus and flavours of apples, melon and pineapple chased with minerals and grapefruit on the finish. Bright, fresh and lively, it’s a sure thing with crab cakes, salmon, spot prawns or grilled chicken.

Deep garnet colour with a bouquet of blackberry, plum and sweet baking spice. This medium to full-bodied wine has drying tannins, good structure and a round, rich mouth-feel. Ripe red and black fruits are complemented by notes of smoke and spice on the palate. Black tea, plum and blueberry flavours linger through on the finish. Enjoy with grilled steaks and sautéed mushrooms or burgers topped with mushrooms.
