The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Created with fresh spring water from the nearby Pitilie Burn, they are truly "Scotch" Scotches, as only Scottish Optic Barley is used. Colour: Full, gold yellow. Nose: Floral, light smoke, nutty, orange zest. Palate: Fresh, hint of sweetness, honey, oak, citrus. Body: Full bodied. Finish: Long, subtle vanilla, soft oily, subtle sweetness.

Colour Burnished gold Nose At bottle strength the influence of the two styles of maturation casks complement each other producing a full-bodied smooth aroma. The maturity that shows through comes from the America barrels and the spicy creamy nose from the old style smaller casks. A touch of water allows the full complexity of the Highland Peated Malt to appear. The rich softness linked with smooth, slightly dry aroma is combined with just enough earthy peat smoke to avoid being overpowering. Palate At bottle strength the full rich flavours burst and fill the mouth with a creamy peat tang and a touch of vanilla’s soft gentleness. If a touch of water is added then the flavours increase with the addition of a sweet ripe fruit start followed by the tang of peat.

A portion of this blended Scotch whisky is finished in cognac casks for a refined, fruity and velvety taste. Rich and sweet with concentrated notes of stewed red apples, homemade orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon and juicy sultanas. Incredibly smooth and fruity. Flavours of poached pears intermingled with butterscotch and caramel toffees, all rolled up in a wonderful velvety texture.

Aromas of sea spray, iodine, cattail reeds and autumn leaves accented by a touch of butterscotch. Smoky and warm in the mouth with echoes of sea spray. A splash of water unleashes waves of butterscotch and sponge toffee character. Long, layered finish.

We use casks that once contained premium Caribbean rum to finish our 21 Year Old expression. This expression spends four months finishing in Gran Reserva barrels selected by our Malt Master, adding to its distinctive and complex flavour. An explosion of smoke, like a campfire built with Highland peat (but no medicinal Island notes). Overlaid with oak notes and deep toffee. Project XX embodies the warm, fruity character of classic Glenfiddich Whisky with hints of apple blossom, summer fruits and ripe pear. Its multiple personalities are revealed with hints of sweet candyfloss, cinnamon spice, almonds and rich port tannins.

Sweet and fruity aromas of honey and apricot jam, with notes of sweet cinnamon bread and subtle sensation of spicy liquorice. Succulent flavours of mandarins in syrup, ripe poached pears and chocolate-dipped raisins. The finish is incredibly smooth and luscious.

The Glenmorangie 14 Year Old Port Cask Finish has been matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured in specially selected Ruby port pipes from the Quintas, or wine estates, of Portugal. Extra maturation is a wood finishing technique pioneered at the Glenmorangie distillery. Wood finishing in these port pipes develops Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban into a voluptuous spirit with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours.

Aromas of sandalwood, cranberries, and apples. On the palate walnuts, red berries, butter tarts, Marzipan, cherries, toasted nut, capsicum and a woody texture.

Single malt aromas of crisp cut grass and fresh fruit with hints of sandalwood.

Jura Seven Wood is crafted from American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels and six different French Oak barrels. Caramelized peach, chewy liquorices and candied orange with a hint of sea-spray and smoke.

Crafted at and matured at a Glasgow distillery, this lowland single malt's characteristics include: fruity, spice, vanilla, biscuit and a long finish. Maturation has occurred in a combination of Oloroso Sherry casks and Kentucky Bourbon casks.

Sanaig, named after an inlet on Islay’s rugged Atlantic cost, is a vatting of Kilchoman matured in both sherry and bourbon barrels. This sherry cask Scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of oloroso barrels, imparting a balance of dried fruits, dark chocolate and rich peat smoke into the spirit.

A well-balanced combination of the sweetness of malt and the aridity of salt. Traces of gooseberry and a hint of lime complete this fine example of Highland Malt.

A strong Islay character with traces of sea salt and burnt oak chips. The smoky nature is apparent throughout; a malty vanilla flavour bringing balance to the overall taste.

Fruity sweet on the nose with notes of soft peach, pineapple, vanilla intermingled with subtle bonfire smoke. Peach and ripe pear flavours and creamy caramel toffee and vanilla balanced perfectly with soft smoke. The finish is very long an markedly smoky.

Silky texture that coats the mouth with banana, berry jam, malt biscuit and classic sherry oak depth. Pleasantly long and balanced with ground spice, dried fruit and soft Scottish tablet – finally unveiling the merest wisp of peat smoke.

Rich aromas of apples, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan shortly enlightened by subtle hints tangy marmalade notes. On the palate notes of pear, creamy peaches, roasted pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

The aroma is rich with notes of tropical fruits, namely passion fruit, and creamy toffee. Sweet vanilla forms a creamy palate with notes of apples and mangos with a hint of orange in the background. The finish lingers with a vanilla focussed character. Mouth-coating and fruity with superb balance, this is an excellent new release from the chaps at Balvenie.

Amber with sparkling copper shades. An opulent, mature nose with a sherry influence. An intricate array of wood and fruit: Christmas cake, sultanas, maraschino cherry. Water enlightens the fruity bouquet and brings out vanilla and lighter notes of ripe peaches. Pear and marzipan pie. Luscious barley sugar aromas. This full-bodied whisky is unctuous and mouth coating, almost syrupy. Oak holds the reins back, releasing a drying spiciness of cinnamon, ginger, walnut and dark chocolate. The finish is everlasting and warming with lingering presence of toasted hazelnuts and a full layer of liquorice.

A fine, 12-year-old, Speyside whisky that's aged entirely in ex-sherry casks. Expect aromas of vanilla, banana and spice with complex sherry and floral notes, leading to sweet, rounded palate with dark fruit and ginger spice flavours on a long gently smooth finish.

Harvest Sun in colour with a nose of creamy butterscotch and a hint of toffee apple, candied orange, vanilla custard, and newly felled oak. Deliciously honeyed on the palate, with wood spices and citrus, balanced with raisins and caramel. The finish lingers warm, sweet, and drying.

Sherry cask aging aids the development of complex aromas of vanilla and flavours of balanced fruit, oak and spice. The finish is long with fruit, oak and spice notes.

Colour: Rich Straw Aroma: Complex, with hints of vanilla, melon and lemon zest. Palate: Medium balanced with lemon citrus, vanilla and light toasted oak and nutmeg. Finish: Lingering with melon, papaya, fresh oak and oak spice.

Aromas or dried fruit, toffee, vanilla, smooth oak and baked apple. On the palate, sweet raisin and sultana builds up to vanilla, wood, spice and citrus. Beautifully Balanced.

THE SINGLETON of Dufftown is a satisfyingly refined, beautifully balanced single malt that is naturally rich and smooth. It offers sweetness, crunchy nuts and smooth fruity richness. Smoothness allows full enjoyment of the flavour of the whisky, because no single part of its characters overwhelmed.

The expression of this blended malt is built around whisky drawn from sherry and Spanish red wine casks. 48% of the whisky was aged in ex-sherry casks, while a further 25% was aged in ex-Spanish red wine casks. Notes of citrus peel, red wine and spices. A long finish, with hints of vanilla panna cotta, berries and cherries.

Clear, pale straw golden. Pita bread maltiness with white fruit, hints of subtle peatiness and floral honeysuckle. Toasted bread maltiness, succulent pear and crisp apple fruit with just enough charcoal and peaty smokiness and dry nutty wood. More dry nutty notes emerge with subtle lingering peat smoke. Wonderfully rounded and flavoursome.

Matured in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Portuguese Port pipes. Aromas of honeydew melon, red berries and baked apples. Rich toffee, butterscotch. Sweet honey and bitter dark chocolate. On the palate fruits and nuts. Fresh peaches, apricots, mango and plum. Gentle hints of mixed walnut and pecan. The finish is smooth fruit salad which lingers on the palate.

Very flavourful with light smoke and a touch of strawberries in balsamic vinegar. Additional notes of exotic spices, citrus and tropical fruits are found in the taste profile.

Succulent aromas of pear, vanilla and honeysuckle and oranges. An extravaganza of flavours, from swirls of orange sherbet to bursts of crème brûlée drizzled with chocolate fudge. The finish is long, wonderfully chewy and sweet.
