The 2010 Cognac cask is a limited edition rare cask finished, non chill-filtered Irish single malt whiskey. After maturing quietly for exactly 7 and a half years in Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, Helen Mulholland, our Master Blender, finished this whiskey in rare Cognac casks for 2 and a half years. The fruit-rich Cognac imparts mellow dried fruit notes and a spicy vanilla sweetness.

GRAHAM’S 10 Years Old Tawny has a deep tawny colour. On the nose, it shows complex nutty aromas combined with hints of honey and figs. On the palate, rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed with a luscious long finished.

Amber, golden tawny. Excellent bouquet with a characteristic “nutty” character and delicious mature fruit with hints of orange peel, exquisitely mellowed by careful ageing. GRAHAM’S Late Bottled Vintage has a deep ruby colour. Rich perfumed, packed with red and black fruits of the forest. Sweet and bursting of flavours of black berries and black currants balanced by a backbone of firm tannins. With a long and lingering velvety smooth finish.

This 130 year old Tawny Port is a unique gem. The Special Edition is drawn from very few casks. Colheita Tawny Ports are produced from the very best single harvest and are not blended.

Black/purple colour. A lovely complex nose with excellent sweet and rich fruit aromas such as black cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry. On the palate packed with solid, structured, rich and intense black fruit flavours and an admirably long finish.

A medium intensity ruby coloured wine, characterised by the primary aromas of the grapes from which it is made, such as plum and black cherry, with some balsamic notes. On the palate it is a wine of great elegance and smoothness, with good fresh acidity, smooth and rounded tannins and a medium intensity palate aroma in which fruit prevails. The result is a remarkably balanced whole, with a clean finish of medium persistence.

The vines are grown on low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, in a cool maritime mesoclimate. The naturally tiny yields of under 30 hl/ha and philosophy of expressing the terroir in the wines- give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of this Pinot Noir. Wonderfully high natural acidity and dense, complex, concentrated fruit flavours. Soft, “sweet” and generally shows hints of that alluring savoury “primal” character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume. Like 2009, another excellent vintage.

Knappogue Castle 12 YO is an exceptional single malt made exclusively from malted barley. With ripe fruit like blackberry and currant, with wood present but well integrated, elegant and with lots of character. The palate is full bodied, very tasty, full of ripe fruit, with tannins, but very soft. High-profile, long and very tasty.

Herdade do Monte da Ribeira is located in the heart of the Alentejo region. Monte da Ribeira Blanco is a blend of Antao Vaz, Verdelho and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Aromas of mango and pineapple, some notes of tangerine peel and mineral. Fresh, complete and structured mouth, with a medium finish.
