This tequila is aged in French and American oak barrels, then rested in port wine casks. Finally, it is meticulously filtered to a crystal clear colour while retaining the depth and complexity of an anejo.

Only 100% pure blue agave is used in our Rosa Blanco Tequila. Slow fermented for 48-60 hours and then double distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is then aged in red wine oak barrels for a short period of time to absorb the colour of the wine casks. Floral notes evolve into unique aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and honey. The palate entertains with notes of orange peel, cherry, and dark berry notes. Smooth and balanced taste with and light finish.

An ultra-premium tequila filled with 150 years of history and heritage, our Blanco has a flavor profile where expressive spice and cooked agave give way to ripe fruit and honey-sweet floral notes. Rested in stainless steel for two months to mellow it while keeping its bright, crisp character in place.

Tradicional Anejo is aged in charred American oak for at least a year and then finished in single malt Irish whiskey barrels for a rich, complex flavours of vanilla, hazelnuts, toffee and baking spices. Smooth finish.

Traditional Plata is 100% blue agave silver tequila and inspired by a 200+ year old recipe. Fragrant with aromas of lime, fresh herbs and spice. The palate is rounded and intense with refined flavours of white pepper, lime, mango and herb. A smooth finish, perfect served as a frozen shot or in cocktails.

Notes of rich warm oak, vanilla and roasted agave with a lightly sweet and complex finish.
