This expression was created from a mash that by law had to be no lower than 51% rye; following distillation it was aged in new charred oak barrels for 10 years. The result is aromas of sweet vanilla, oak and a touch of light fruit are followed by the taste is of spice, oak, hints of caramel, tobacco and warm cinnamon.

This Lowland Single Malt Whisky has a hint of fruit as the nose opens conjures an image of the apple orchard, soon joined by light touches of almond and vanilla, before lush meadow-grass aromas develop the floral theme. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot work together to create a wine that exhibits plush fruit supported by deep tannins. We make this wine to cellar for a number of years. A youthful wine will therefore exhibit well structured tannins that demands a complimenting food while a wine with greater than 4 years of age will begin to deliver nuances of flavour, texture and length that can only be achieved by making the wine in this traditional style.

An ultra-aged tequila, 100% from blue agave, created from a perfect selection of raw material to commemorate the tradition and history of Jose Cuervo. The agaves used to produce it are harvested in full maturity and come from a single crop field. The tequila is first aged in French and American oak barrels. It is then blended with those tequilas to be found in the legendary demijohns of the cellar. Finally it is aged for another year in sherry barrels brought from Spain.

Deep copper colour. Notes of light peat with iodine and burnt wood. On the palate floral green malt, sweet candyfloss, vanilla fudge, nimble fruit accents of blueberry and raspberry are followed by salted caramel, butterscotch, roasted chestnuts, peach, dried flowers and white pepper.

Lore is a complex marriage of both classical Laphroaig styles and many ages of Laphroaig. Deep Mahogany in colour, the nose is rich and smoky with seaside minerals with a hint of ash and bitter chocolate drops. The palate is richly peaty with a spicy chili bite with a short dry finish and a long sweet aftertaste.

Aged for 8 years in a combination of American oak, French oak, and sherry barrels. Notes of fruit, vanilla and oak on the nose. The palate is sweet with honey, fruit and light agave. The finish is lingering with oak, agave & fruit.

Aromas of fig, apricot and banana lead way to flavours of barley with creamy butterscotch, dry fruits and fruit cake. The finish is long and exquisite, with chocolate fudge, orange peel and exotic wine drenched nuts.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.

You will find very ripe, plummy-sweet flavours and richness in this wine. Some would also call it a bistro style, "elbows-on-the-table" wine. Great with stews, red meat or tomato-based dishes.

This Barbados rum has been aged in Bourbon barrels before shipping to France for secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand House. The result is a well balanced rum with a long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango.

El Buen Alfarero translates as "the good potter", this artisanal wine is unique and no two bottle are exactly alike as they are dressed by hand. This blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Albillo has been aged for 7 months in earthenware jars called "tinajas", just as it would have been over 100 years ago. It is bright, dark-hued purple-red with intense bluish notes. the nose is bold with outstanding red fruits. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh, and tasty with mineral notes combined with red and dark fruit. Round velvety tannins lead to a soft subtle finish.
