Aged first in American white oak Bourbon casks and then finished in used in Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky barrels. Delicate spiced fruit twisted with dried honeyed raisins, caramel, vanilla with overtone of oak finishing with orange. Long finish honeyed with hints of nuts and spice.

The wine presents a deep ruby-red colour. The predominant aromas are of ripe red and black fruit, such as strawberry, cherry, and cassis. Deep in the background there is a subtle hint of mint and candy. The 18 months’ ageing in French barrels adds elegant notes of tobacco and toast that are well balanced with the fruit. The ageing process softens the potency of the wine, giving the palate beautiful balance and silkiness, with body and flavour that linger, in line with the aromas. There’s a dairy note similar to dulce de leche that adds lushness and a very nice finish.

Deep carmine-red in colour with aromas of ripe black and blue fruit, including blackberry, plum, and blueberry. The 18 months of contact with French oak add strong notes of sweet spice, pink pepper, coffee, and tobacco, which are well paired with the fruit notes. The palate is balanced and silky, with the same fruit and dairy notes reappearing, including dulce de leche, enveloped within its big body and very long finish.

The wine shows an intense red colour, with those purple tones very characteristic of Carmenère. Its intense nose reveals aromas of black fruits, such as blackberry and blueberry, with pleasant notes of bell pepper and black pepper, joined by sweet notes from the French oak barrels. Smooth with a long and pleasant finish.

A non-traditional take on a London Dry style gin. This soft, spiced gin is distilled with a lighter juniper note. A worldly blend of green cardamom, cinnamon, lime peel and pink peppercorn.

Our Manitoba Berry Old Tom is created using a base of our London Dry Gin along with a blend of locally grown Saskatoon berries and sustainably sourced hibiscus flowers. The result is a lightly candied mix of sweet fruit and spicy, floral flavours.

Original 3 Citrus Gin is distilled with aged mandarin peels, pomelo skins from Thailand and citron and Buddha's hand from California. This gin has a bright burst of fresh, zesty citrus notes layered with a crisp juniper flavor.
