The Glera grapes are from the province of Treviso, an area that has always produced high quality Prosecco.This well-structured sparkling Prosecco stands out for its luminous straw yellow hue and for its emphatic yet stylish mousse. The bouquet is redolent of Golden Delicious apple, while the palate is appealingly marked by aromatic notes of honey, black liquorice, and acacia blossom.

The blend is comprised of three grapes varietals: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Colour of golden straw yellow with green highlights. The rum is distilled from pure sugar cane juice (no molasses). Mangos and Pineapples, from the region, are carefully selected and infused with the aged rum.

The elegant Prima Perla Crémant de Limoux from France is a cuvée vinified from the Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac and Pinot Noir grapes. Wonderful aromas of pomelo, lemon, grapefruit and kumquat, rounded off by other fruity nuances. Lively on the palate with hints of lime and lemongrass.

Peach pink, with a nice effervescence drawing a string of fine persistent bubbles. On the nose, elegant, with aromas of fruit and flowers at the same time. Aromas of honeysuckle blend delicately with notes of peach and apricot from Roussillon. Silky, supported by a delicious effervescence and a beautiful vivacity with flavors of grapefruit and blood orange.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

The Brut Reserve is a blend in equal parts of the three champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from 30 different crus(vineyards).With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of fruit (pear, mango, candied orange peel, tangerine ...) and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. On the palate, flavours of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) happily mingle with fragrances of beeswax and acacia honey.

Champagne Pol Roger created their Prestige Cuvée in homage to Sir Winston Churchill mindful of the qualities that he sought in his champagne : robustness, a full-bodied character and relative maturity. The exact blend is a closely guarded family secret. Composed exclusively of grapes sourced from Grands Crus Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards which were already under vine during Churchill's lifetime. Pinot Noir predominates, providing structure, breadth and robustness whilst Chardonnay contributes elegance, finesse and subtlety. Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill is only made in the very best vintages and is always released later than the other vintage dated Champagnes from Pol Roger, marking Churchill's appreciation for older wines.

The Blanc de Blancs is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes. It is produced in limited quantities, and has been aged for 6 years in our cellars before being released onto the market. Pale straw shot through with delicate green. Fruit dominates the nose, a veritable basket of ripe fruit, or candied lemon and grapefruit with a subtle backbone of freshness and minerality. Finesse and purity are this wine’s signature. On the palate a warmer aspect, typical of the vintage, appears: fleshy fruit sits happily alongside notes of vanilla, cinnamon and marshmallow giving a lovely complexity to the whole. The wine is round and mouth filling with great balance.

The blend for this Demi-Sec is Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Aromas of dry figs and dried almonds are followed by touches of marshmallow and honey, surrounded by hints of lemon, dried orange and spices. This cuvee is designed to be poured over ice.

Pommery Brut Royal is the essence of the Pommery style: liveliness, fresh, finesse. From 40 selected villages in the Champagne region where the liveliness and delicacy of the chardonnay grape is enhanced by the climate. Elegant and lively with mild notes of red fruit. A round, rich, lingering finish.

Wonderful aromas of rose and violet, together with fruity hints of wild raspberries and strawberries, typical of Pinot Noir; terminating in an explosion of juicy notes of peach and Golden apple, the expression of the unmistakable Glera grape variety.

Ruffino sparkling Prosecco has been produced from Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of Valdobbiadene, a well known region for the production of Prosecco. Fruity and fragrant with clean notes of citrus, pears and apples along with slight hints of hawthorn, wisteria and elder. Fine bubbles caress the palate, while intense flavours of apples and peaches give the wine a pleasing finish.

A crisp, off-dry sparkling wine that offers alluring flavours of strawberry and rose petals, with delicate hints of red berries and fruits that linger through the finish.

This blend consists of 85% Glera and other Prosecco grapes and is produced using the Charmat method, which consists in natural refermentation in pressurized tanks with selected yeast. Crisp and clean tasting. Flavourable notes of apples and pears.

This rose uses a blend of Chardonnay, Glera and Malbec grapes. A pink hue introduces a subtle succession of floral fragrances lifted by white fruits and delicate hints of red berry fruits. The Glera grapes are grown in the gentle hills of Valdobbiadene which is Synonymous with the finest Prosecco Superiore and DOCG status. This sparkling wine has fine, lively bubbles that dance within its bright straw-yellow color and greenish reflections. Its lovely aromas include ripe pineapples, peaches, and Rennet apples as well as delicate florals. Its finish is bright and dry, yet sweet on the palatrol.

This whisky shows depth of whisky and the exquisite sweetness of maple. The roasted notes of the maple (burnt sugar, chicory, black coffee beans) perfectly combine with the wooden, fruity character of the whisky. The long finish has subtle notes of ginger, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon.

Blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada, 15% Xarel-lo with minimum 15 months bottle ageing. Fruitiness, freshness and complexity are the principal defining characteristics of this Cava. Elegant, persistent mousse, aromas of white fruits.

The blend consists of 67% Macabeo and 33% Parellada. Aged in the bottle for more than 30 months. Straw yellow in colour with a small, fine plentiful mousse. Hints of honey, white fruit and flower petals.

White peach and golden hues, flatter the orchard fruit and ripe strawberry aromas. Complements of toasted nut and red berries linger with a soft and creamy floral mousse finish.

Filodora sparkling Prosecco is the result of the strict selection and careful vinification of Glera grapes grown on the gentle hills of the Valdobbiadene area. Light straw yellow and bright. Elegant, white and lively foam, with very fine and thin perlage. Floral nose with hints of acacia, wisteria flowers and wisps of spice. On the palate it's crisp with a fine fruity finish.

Intriguing aromas of sage and florals. Light and refreshing with peach and apricot notes typical of the Moscato grape.

No fewer than 50 individual wines make up this cuvée. The traditional proportions for Demi Sec are: 40 to 45% Pinot Noir, 30 to 35% Meunier, 20 to 25 % Chardonnay. Demi Sec shows rich praline and hints of toast.

2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay, sourced from the most invaluable vineyards purchased by Madame Clicquot, harvested by hand, pressed and vinified cru by cru, vineyard by vineyard. The Rich is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and chardonnay grapes. Citrus and floral notes are found on the palate, which are balanced with the dynamic freshness and creamy finish common to all expressions of Veuve Clicquot.

Vintage Brut 2012 is Veuve Clicquot’s 66th vintage champagne release, it is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes The uniqueness of the Vintage 2012 lies in the addition of 11% of wines aged in large wooden casks (foudres), bringing strength and aromatic intensity. The cask-aged wines act as spices to the blend, bringing very lightly woody, vanilla and toasted aromas.

This Cava is comprised of 100% Trepat grape. Attractive cherry red colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. Good intensity with clean aromas of ripe fruit. Fresh, fruity and pleasant with good structure and medium intensity.

This Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Brilliant gold to the eye. Aromas and flavours of crisp green apple, citrus, baked bread, white flower and toast. Elegant with fine bubbles.

Villa Teresa uses organically grown Glera grapes for this sparkling wine. Pale straw yellow colour with fine perlage. Fruity wine, slightly aromatic, with notes of honey, flowers and wild apple.
