Lolea No.1 is a premium, lightly sparkling Sangria, made of the finest ingredients available. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tempranillo wine combined with natural orange and lemon juices, pure cane sugar, a touch of spice, and soft frizzante water. Lolea No.1 has wonderful aromas of cherry, orange peel, lemon drops, cinnamon and sour strawberry. Full-bodied and scrumptious on the palate, it has a wide array of ripe red berries and blue flowers along with its silky bubbles. The simplest way to enjoy Lolea No.1 is to serve with ice, a slice of orange or lemon, and enjoy!

Saison macerated with Vidal grapes leads to a refreshing floral taste, along with pear & dry white wine.

Aroma of apple and wine; flavour of a dry saison finish with the fruit character of apples and white wine.

Saison macerated with Petite Pearl grapes gives aromas and flavours of blackcurrant, rose petals & red wine.

A small batch German style Doppelbock Dunkel aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for a year. Flavours of rich toasty malt, vanilla, honey and dark fruit. This product can be cellared for up to 5 years.

Our annual Russian Imperial Stout brings big, dark and full-bodied taste with a velvety texture. The complex malt bill offers flavours ranging from chocolate, coffee and roasted grain (with just a hint of smoke flavour). We also add in cacao nibs and coffee beans to punch it up.

Bright hues of very old gold and amber. Pungent, intense and complex on the nose, with a subtle note of the fino sherry it had once been and a hint of dried nuts and filbert. Dry, with excellent acidity; a long, full-bodied and elegant palate.

Apple and pear aromas, well balanced, buttery texture.

Aromas of ripe apples, honey and caramel, well balanced, slight astringency, some bitter sharp notes. Semi Sweet.

Cherry pie and apple aromas. Deep tart cherry flavour with an off dry finish.
