Saison macerated with Vidal grapes leads to a refreshing floral taste, along with pear & dry white wine.

Aroma of apple and wine; flavour of a dry saison finish with the fruit character of apples and white wine.

Saison macerated with Petite Pearl grapes gives aromas and flavours of blackcurrant, rose petals & red wine.

Mild peppery saison note and a touch of apple note on aroma. Flavour starts with a sweet apple note but dries out very quickly and finishes like a classic dry saison.

Dry, sparkling cider barrel aged for 15 months. Raw, naturally fermented, unfiltered, bottle conditioned.

A small batch German style Doppelbock Dunkel aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for a year. Flavours of rich toasty malt, vanilla, honey and dark fruit. This product can be cellared for up to 5 years.

This beautiful red wine barrel aged stout is full of notes of dark vinous grapes, soft dark chocolate and a silky smooth finish! On the nose expect a cornucopia of oak, dark roasted malts and Cabernet Sauvignon!

Bright notes of apricot and pear balance against an earthy pepper and spice. The high carbonation encourages a dry and crisp finish, leaving you refreshed - yet wanting more.

Our annual Russian Imperial Stout brings big, dark and full-bodied taste with a velvety texture. The complex malt bill offers flavours ranging from chocolate, coffee and roasted grain (with just a hint of smoke flavour). We also add in cacao nibs and coffee beans to punch it up.

Apple and pear aromas, well balanced, buttery texture.

Aromas of ripe apples, honey and caramel, well balanced, slight astringency, some bitter sharp notes. Semi Sweet.

Cherry pie and apple aromas. Deep tart cherry flavour with an off dry finish.
