Medium to full bodied palate weight, characterised by firm tannins and a savoury masculine finish. An ideal accompaniment to red meat and premium cuts of prime beef. Will continue to improve over the next 4-6 years.

A delicate blush, this Pink Moscato displays lifted floral aromas with a hint of sherbet, and flavours of musk with a gentle fizz giving the wine a refreshing finish.

The Banrock Station Shiraz exhibits lifted aromas of raspberry & sweet plum with hints of spice supported by vanilla oak. The mid palate is rich with fruit sweetness, vanilla oak & spice complexity, ultimately finishing dry & soft.

This unwooded chardonnay has lifted fruit flavours of white peach, citrus and pineapple. Golden yellow colour, pear & papaya fruit aromas; flavours with light spicy notes.

Lifted aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and vanilla are accompanied by vibrant, dark berry fruits on the palate. The finish is long with fine-grained tannins from sixteen months maturation in a combination of new and older French oak hogsheads. Although drinking well now this wine may be cellared for up to ten years from vintage.

This Cabernet Franc has been matured in French oak for 16 months. On the nose raspberry, plum and white pepper. Flavours of red plum, cherry and a touch of herbs.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

The 100% Riesling grapes from The View vineyards in East Kelowna were hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation occurred in two different tanks at different temperatures with different yeast strains for complexity. One wine was fermented dry while the other wines’ fermentation was stopped leaving some residual sugar. The batches were then blended to balance the sweetness and acidity. Aromas of white flower and honey-crisp apple lead way to flavours of Jasmine, lime and mineral notes.

The Syrah grapes used to make this rose are from a sport overlooking the lake between Penticton and OK Falls. This wine was entirely whole bunch pressed with little to no skin contact before it was gently pressed out creating a light pink color. Aromas of watermelon, rhubarb and red berries lead way to flavours of strawberry, cranberry and candied Meyer lemon.

A crisp, versatile, easy drinking wine with fruity characteristics of lemon and grapefruit.

This wine is an approachable, food friendly red. Notes of red berry and cherry on the nose stay consistent through the taste profile. This is a medium bodied red, with good acidity to pair with a wide range of foods.

Aromas of dark blackcurrant with touches of cedar and dried herbs. A supple palate with cherry and dark plum flavours finishing gently with very soft tannins and creamy vanilla.

Exuberant, deep purple hue. Opulently flavoured and perfumed with firm texture and ripe tannins. Viognier lifts the rich, ripe Shiraz fruits and gives them resonance.

Deep purple colour. Aromatic with white chocolate, black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon notes. Well - balanced wine with a long, extended finish.

This GSM is a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. Purple violet in colour with aromas of: aniseed, licorice, dark chocolate, mocha powder, freshly ground black pepper, bay leaf, nutmeg and vanilla. Clean, clear, long and brightly flavoured and textured. On the palate dark berry fruit, powdery earthiness, balanced acidity and ripe tannins.

Sweet red apple. Cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel. Tart - honey, mellow sweet finish.

Light straw colour. Aroma of citrus and jasmine. Lively flavour with light, fresh acidity along with nectarine and lychee notes.

De Bortoli 'Old Boys' 21 Year Old Tawny is a classic tawny from the producer of some of Australia's premier styles. An array of aromas are on display with dark raisined fruits, mocha, hints of vanilla and nutty aged barrel characters. On the palate the flavours of mocha continue with a richly concentrated texture. A supreme long length leaves you with a smooth and lingering finish.

Intense deep red with purple edge. The bouquet is plump and filled with dark fruits, plums, spice and dried herb. The palate is rich and mouth filling with balanced tannin, cured meats, liquorice and authentically Heathcote.

The perfect patio sipper, an off dry rose. This wine draws you in from the first sip. Gushing with big, luscious, fruit flavours of wild strawberry and watermelon to start. Midway, it unravels with pomegranate, jasmine, and a hint of deep dark cherry creates a smooth, approachable and perhaps a slightly sinful finish.

Aromas of redcurrants, roasted capsicum, plums, wholemeal bread, cassis and violets. Generous and fleshy in body with plump tannins. The finish leans toward salted chocolate and spice. Decadent but harmonious.

Deep purple-crimson, this is the epitome of full-bodied McLaren Vale shiraz, lusciously rich plum fruit encased in dark chocolate, and a sensual mouthfeel - all of which combine to obscure the alcohol, reducing it to an irrelevant number.

The Palate displays ripe plum, prune, chocolate and nut flavours are present on a long, soft, textured palate.

Light apple, ripe quince and fresh candied citrus rind flavours are present on a palate which exhibits firm length and a dry finish. Residual sugar in this style is balanced by acid and the alcohol in this fortified wine helps to lift the fruit aromas.

This red is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. Ageing occurred in American and French oak before blending. Aromas and flavours of blackberry, raspberry, vanilla, red current and cedar. Very smooth finish.

This white is a blend of Ortega, Ehrenfelser, Chardonnay and Riesling grapes. Aromas and flavours of apricot, pear, lemon, and melon.

The nose is lifted and expressive, displaying mellow red fruits, a dusty herbal perfume, and notes of mocha oak. The palate is likewise open and medium bodied with blackcurrant, olive and mulberry flavours matched by subtle notes of tobacco. The wine is generous in the mid palate before soft tannins and bright acidity carry the wine to a lingering finish.

Light green in colour with fresh and fruit-driven aromas of citrus and nectarine with subtle creamy notes. The palate is likewise fruit-driven and elegant with excellent purity. Stone-fruits and citrus flavours build to a pleasingly round mouth-feel before being carried to a dry finish by fresh acidity.

The Dragon’s Blood Shiraz has delightful aromas of red currants and berries with intriguing earthy and spicy notes. It is a rich and full-bodied wine finishing with elegant tannins.

Dark and concentrated in colour, with red and purple hues. The bouquet is rich aromas of blackcurrant, mint, dark chocolate, coffee bean and earth. The Palate is plush and vibrant, the textural palate has fine tannins, and excellent persistence with fruitcake, plum, and rum and raisin flavours.

Deep, dark colour. Aromatic with notes of plum, raspberry, dark chocolate, coffee bean and spice. Full flavour with soft, velvety tannins.

Yellow green in hue, this wine has distinctive and powerful aromas of herbal spice, fresh melon and ripe peaches. The flavours are exceptionally complex, showing notes of lychee, melon, tropical fruits and even a suggestion of Earl Grey tea. Varietals in this blend are: Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. A deep ruby red coloured wine has a fruit-forward bouquet of cherry and blue plum, accented by smoky oak, cigar box, spice, and vanilla. Pale lemon in colour, this wine had an intense aroma of pink grapefruit, pineapple, and flavours of citrus fruits and apricots. Lively and piquant, this wine is refreshingly zesty and clean. It is a versatile partner to seafood, pasta with cream sauce, white meats, and cheeses such as Parmigiano.

This wine has upfront lime and nectarine characters complimented with rose petal and lychee flavours. A soft, sweet palate balanced with a refreshing acidity.

Here the suave Cabernet Sauvignon teams up with the more playful Shiraz varietal to be a mouthful of excellent red wine.
