This Cabernet Franc has been matured in French oak for 16 months. On the nose raspberry, plum and white pepper. Flavours of red plum, cherry and a touch of herbs.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

The 100% Riesling grapes from The View vineyards in East Kelowna were hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation occurred in two different tanks at different temperatures with different yeast strains for complexity. One wine was fermented dry while the other wines’ fermentation was stopped leaving some residual sugar. The batches were then blended to balance the sweetness and acidity. Aromas of white flower and honey-crisp apple lead way to flavours of Jasmine, lime and mineral notes.

The Syrah grapes used to make this rose are from a sport overlooking the lake between Penticton and OK Falls. This wine was entirely whole bunch pressed with little to no skin contact before it was gently pressed out creating a light pink color. Aromas of watermelon, rhubarb and red berries lead way to flavours of strawberry, cranberry and candied Meyer lemon.

This 100% Tempranillo has an inviting colour of ripe raspberries and refreshing aroma of wild strawberries. This wine has a crisp red currant acidity combined with sweet summer strawberries and ripe cherries.

This tempranillo is filled with dark plum, blueberry, game and spice characters with an elegant floral life on the nose. The palate shows lovely fruit richness and weight, enhanced by silky texture and supple tannins. Very approachable and likeable.

This red is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. Ageing occurred in American and French oak before blending. Aromas and flavours of blackberry, raspberry, vanilla, red current and cedar. Very smooth finish.

This white is a blend of Ortega, Ehrenfelser, Chardonnay and Riesling grapes. Aromas and flavours of apricot, pear, lemon, and melon.

This Pink Chardonnay with a splash of the Dornfelder grape varietal, charms with its pink colour and fine raspberry notes. On the palate, it presents itself with playful fruitiness and balanced acidity.

Here is a straightforward Pinot Noir with a cute label. Aromas of red currents and cherries, cedar and dill with an earthy core highlighted by violets. It’s a light bodied and juicy with fresh red fruit and hints of cocoa. An enjoyable wine at a good value.

The colour is bright purple, the true colour of traditional Sangria. The nose is very expressive, highlighting its citrus fruits, specially the lemon and the orange. The balance between the characteristics of the wine and the fruits is extraordinary and reminds you of a very well made Sangria served at Spanish bars. The palate is lively and full, you can tell the good quality of the base wine which makes this Sangria so special. The round tannins of this Sangria give a pleasant finish with a long aftertaste.

100% Verdejo shows a bright pale yellow colour, and intense nose with aromas of rip stone fruit, herbs, floral touches, fennel, and freshly cut grass. On the mouth - full, fruity and dry with a long finish. Balanced acidity and an attractive bitterness that is characteristic of the varietal. Should be served chilled, ideal with salads or fish and also white or lean meat dishes.

100% Tempranillo shows a deep cherry colour. Complex red fruits on the nose with hints of sweet spices like cinnamon and mint. Touch of chocolate and almond aromas. Medium bodied. Aged for 9 months in a mix of American/French hybrid barrels. Great with red meat and pastas.

Yellow green in hue, this wine has distinctive and powerful aromas of herbal spice, fresh melon and ripe peaches. The flavours are exceptionally complex, showing notes of lychee, melon, tropical fruits and even a suggestion of Earl Grey tea.
