Ballantine’s 12 Year Old is a rich, smooth and complex whisky, blended from specially selected single malt and grain whiskies. The result is a fully rounded blend with the perfect balance of honey, oak, fruit, spice and a creamy texture with a refreshing finish.

Triple distilled blended whiskey, with a high g proportion of single malt is matured in only first fill American bourbon barrels, creating beautiful aromas of vanilla, baking spice, grass, and flavours of toasty oak and ripe fruit with a dry finish. Enjoy over ice or with your favourite mixer.

Golden honey colour with aromas of fresh citrus and a top note of honey. Flavoursome, well-rounded and full of character with a deliciously sweet and velvety finish.

Succulent honey, toffee apples, and crumbly fudge. Juicy sultanas and fresh citrus with a wisp of vanilla. Melted caramel, folded in slowly with a trace of oak.

Medium amber colour; floral and pear aromas; light flavour with a slight sweetness

The finish features a triumvirate of spicy oak, rye and butterscotch all melded beautifully together. Glimpses of corn syrup and tobacco riding along with lightly glowing bits of cinnamon and clove.

No less than 42 whiskies, including Speyside malts which lend it character, this versatile blend displays herbaceous and floral notes.

Nose: The initial aroma is of crisp orchard fruit character, green apples, and pear. Then deepening from green tea to hazelnut and milk chocolate. Taste: There is the initial sweet mouth coating typical of Irish Pot Still Whiskey. Then the effect of the beer cask finish becomes apparent with the subtle touch of hops and cocoa beans. Some marzipan and charred oak add to the complexity. Finish: Long and sweet with milk chocolate and butter scotch.

It all started back in 1780 when John Jameson created his triple distilled, smooth Irish whiskey and John knew a thing or three about making great tasting whiskey. That’s why, today, we continue his tradition and make sure that Jameson Irish whiskey is always as perfect as the day John Jameson released his first cask from his single distillery, triple distilled, twice as smooth and perfectly balanced.

Created using only whiskies aged for a minimum of 12 years from the four corners of Scotland.  Complex aromas include: spice, treacle, white pepper and citrus. The palate is rich with wisps of wood smoke, spice, barley, cereal, creamy toffee and finishing with notes of sultanas and mixed peels.

Lovely, delicate, and floral on the nose grains and malts working in perfect harmony. Deceptively rich and full for what is really quite a light-bodied blend. Fruity, with a touch of smoke. Brittle toffee and spices, along with a hint of grain, in the medium finish. 'Grouse' cleverly manages to suggest that its component whiskies are older than they probably are. A classic example of how good 'standard' blended whisky at an affordable price can be.

The early floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is contributed by the malt. Finally notice the nutty or even marzipan note combined with distinctive vanilla in the finish imparted by the sherry and bourbon casks used in maturation.

A blended Canadian Whisky that is aged in bourbon barrels for a minimum of three years for extra smooth taste.
