The 100% Riesling grapes from The View vineyards in East Kelowna were hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation occurred in two different tanks at different temperatures with different yeast strains for complexity. One wine was fermented dry while the other wines’ fermentation was stopped leaving some residual sugar. The batches were then blended to balance the sweetness and acidity. Aromas of white flower and honey-crisp apple lead way to flavours of Jasmine, lime and mineral notes.

Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from our cool-climate vineyards in the Aconcagua Region. a straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose citrus, green apple, guava and fresh herbal notes. The citric notes and green apple and herbal touches dominate the palate.

Pale lemon in colour, this wine had an intense aroma of pink grapefruit, pineapple, and flavours of citrus fruits and apricots. Lively and piquant, this wine is refreshingly zesty and clean. It is a versatile partner to seafood, pasta with cream sauce, white meats, and cheeses such as Parmigiano.

Flume Crossing Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw yellow in colour and offers bright aromas of tangerine, passion fruit, mango, daffodil and green pepper. These complex aromatics are found on the palate as well with key lime and refreshing acidity.

Aromas of pineapple, mango, peach and citrus. On the palate, the wine opens with ripe, tropical fruit flavors followed by crisp, refreshing acidity on the mid-palate and a long, clean, balanced finish.

Loveblock Gewurztraminer is pale yellow with hints of green in the glass. The nose is classic perfume of rosewater & Turkish Delight with a touch of jasmine & orange zest. The palette starts with hints of guava, sweet mandarin & blood orange, finishing with good texture and nice acid tension.

Loveblock Pinot Gris is pale with golden touches. The nose shows delicate aromas of jasmine and citrus flower, which yield to additional layers of Asian pear and prosciutto-wrapped cantaloupe. The palate returns with beautiful notes of juicy white peach, and Asian and Packham pear are followed by sweet citrus, hints of barley-sugar and minerality. Rounded finish with lingering texture, mouthfeel and linear acidity, backed by gentle savoury notes.

Oyster Bay Marlborough Chardonnay truly captures the character of Marlborough with pure, incisive, ripe fruit flavours. A combination of barrel and tank fermentation and the stirring of lees on oak, achieves maximum softness and integration. To retain all the natural assertiveness and flavour, no malolactic fermentation takes place. Clonal influences in the vineyard have been very important, providing smaller berries and enhanced flavour intensity. The result of all of this is a delicious Oyster Bay Marlborough Chardonnay with concentrated aromas and flavours of ripe citrus and stonefruit, balanced with subtle oak, and a creamy texture to finish.

Delicately scented pear and nectarine, a graceful stonefruit and floral backdrop with lively crisp apple freshness. To ensure purity of flavour, we use no oak or malolactic fermentation. A unique cool climate expression of this wonderfully aromatic varietal. Elegant, crisp and altogether refreshing.

This rose is a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes. Bright aromas of raspberry, strawberry & rhubarb, lead to vibrant, fruit forward flavours of red berry and tangerine are followed by a refreshing crisp finish.

Clear, bright and aromatic with notes of fleshy fruits such as peach, pear and melon accented by a touch of almond paste. This medium to almost full-bodied Pinot Gris has a round rich mouth-feel that is almost oily in texture. Wonderful flavours of melon, pear and peach fill the mouth. The vines have grown on the Lohrer Berg site where soils are a blend of pebbles, clay and loess. This wine possesses a delicate, refreshing citrus bouquet and lively acidity.
