Made from rye, and it is twice distilled in pot stills. Crystal clear; fairly neutral with a delicate hint of anise on the nose; smooth with a spicy/hot finish

Dark rich colour. A fragrant nose with blackberry and briary tones and a hint of cigar box. A good concentration of ripe, dark-berry fruit swathed in serious tannins, backed by classy toasty oak adding complexity. A savoury and succulent wine with a pleasing velvety texture adding length on the finish and suggesting a healthy future in the cellar.

Golden amber colour; fresh orange and orange rind aroma; sweetness and alcohol in taste, orange peel flavour, slightly hot in finish

Floral nuances on the nose lead to balanced flavours of raspberry, currant and red summer berries. Delightfully crisp finish.
