Although drinking well now this wine may be cellared for up to ten years from vintage.

We invite wine lovers to succumb to the hedonistic allure of gorgeously sensuous Cabernet Sauvignon entwined with Shiraz, and the spiced vanilla of French Oak. A wine with curves where others don’t have places. Uninhibitedly richer, juicier, bigger, bolder – and proud of it.

The nose of our Pinot Noir is ripe with plum, aromatic spice and red florals. The palate is focused with a savoury architecture; bittersweet chocolate, dark fruit and spice play with leather and hints of earthiness. Chalky tannins linger on a persistent finish

Pale straw green in colour and enticingly fragrant, the 2011 Sauvignon Blanc offers lifted aromas of ripe stone fruit and juicy citrus with underlying notes of blackcurrant leaf and tomato plant spice. The palate is fine yet succulent, with zesty citrus flavours and fresh acidity. There is an appealing plushness about this wine especially as it leads into a lingering and characteristically crisp finish.

Conundrum Red Blend has a nose that is almost floral, with tones of lavender, dried berries, baking chocolate, bacon bits. Aromas are rich, velvety and wonderfully appealing. Silky round entry with acid to balance and high fruit concentration. The nose leaves no doubt about the seriousness of this wine. The palate is fruit driven both before and after the high tannin middle core. The finish is long, not drying of tannin, and beckons a second sip.

Explore this puzzling wine as rich aromas of honeysuckle escape from the glass, followed by hints of peach, vanilla and citrus notes. On the palate, lush tropical flavours of melon, pineapple and pear are matched with crisp lemon zest and hints of grapefruit. The complexity of this wine is brought into balance by a rich, round mouthfeel supported by fresh acidity, creating a stunning, satisfying finish.

Earthy notes combined with dark fruits, fennel and baking spice. Notes of sweeter berry fruit laced with more of those soily, forest floor notes. The palate is dense and concentrated with a plethora of fruit characters, plum, blackberry, mulberry, earth, iodine and black olive. Textural tannins that seem to persist in the mouth forever.

Crimson, red colour. Aromatic with notes of plum, black cherry and chocolate. Flavourful wine with elegant tannins and a long finish.

Intense deep red with purple edge. The bouquet is plump and filled with dark fruits, plums, spice and dried herb. The palate is rich and mouth filling with balanced tannin, cured meats, liquorice and authentically Heathcote.

This wine displays lovely layers of pear, apple and lemon drops. On the palate, the pure fruit flavours are underscored by crisp acidity and subtle hints sweet oak that add length to the finish.

On the nose and palate, there are concentrated orange and yellow stone fruits, as well as notes of spice and zesty citrus.  The palate is full, textured and you are left with a lingering aftertaste.  It is an elegant wine with lingering nuances of honeysuckle and frangipani.

Deep purple-crimson, this is the epitome of full-bodied McLaren Vale shiraz, lusciously rich plum fruit encased in dark chocolate, and a sensual mouthfeel - all of which combine to obscure the alcohol, reducing it to an irrelevant number.

Dubonnet Rouge is ruby in colour and it has an elegant bouquet of mint, toffee, candied cherries and blackcurrants. The wine, which so gracefully combines these flavours, is both bold and slightly oaky, thus creating a balance with a certain aromatic insistence.

With a light straw colour, this wine opens with the soft aromas of melon and white peach, with an underlying note of pantry spice. On the palate, it offers a flinty first impression, evoking the freshness of summer rain hitting pavement. An initial tartness quickly dissipates, yielding to the wine's minerality. Lean but with a fleshy fruit body, this wine remains dry and maintains interest with a lingering lime citrus finish.

Dark and concentrated in colour, with red and purple hues. The bouquet is rich aromas of blackcurrant, mint, dark chocolate, coffee bean and earth. The Palate is plush and vibrant, the textural palate has fine tannins, and excellent persistence with fruitcake, plum, and rum and raisin flavours.

Flume Crossing Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw yellow in colour and offers bright aromas of tangerine, passion fruit, mango, daffodil and green pepper. These complex aromatics are found on the palate as well with key lime and refreshing acidity.

This wine is an intense red with purple hues. The bouquet is fresh, with complex cassis and mint fruit flavours with some well integrated vanillin oak. On the palate, full bodied with dense ripe fruit flavours balanced with oak, but long and smooth.

This elegant Shiraz exhibits notes of prunes, cardamon, tobacco leaf aromas with subtle hints of clove and white pepper. The purity of fruit on the palate are complemented by fleshy tannins that deliver a spicy and savoury finish.

A robust wine bursting with little red and black fruit aromas. Barrel ageing adds vanilla, chocolate and tobacco aromas, giving complexity to the bouquet. On the palate it is full, long and well balanced.

Extremely dense and concentrated. Opaque purple, almost black in colour, the aroma is full of ripe black fruit, grilled bread, pencil lead, wet stones, lavender, blueberry pie and black cherry. On the palate there is layer upon layer of savoury fruit, spice notes, espresso and dark chocolate as well as rich creamy texture. The aromas and flavours carry on long after.

Bright candy red and dark fruit, hint of dried herbs and mocha on the nose. The palate is dense with the sour red fruit balancing out sweetness. A well rounded Cabernet with fleshy red fruit and chocolate tannin finish.

Our wine is a tribute to the Cascade Range. Lost amongst the clouds for much of the year, its majestic peaks provide the 'rain shadow' that allows our vines to thrive and create bold, expressive flavour. This smooth Cabernet shows hints of black cherry and plum, with soft tannins and undertones of chocolate and coffee. Lost Peak showcases the award-winning flavours of McNary Vineyard in Horse Heaven Hills in Columbia Valley, Washington State.
