This fragrant, sustainably crafted Rosé is produced from a blend of Pinot Noir clones grown in Marlborough. Dry in style, with a soft creamy palate of strawberries, dark spice and melon with a bright, refreshing finish.

The 100% Riesling grapes from The View vineyards in East Kelowna were hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation occurred in two different tanks at different temperatures with different yeast strains for complexity. One wine was fermented dry while the other wines’ fermentation was stopped leaving some residual sugar. The batches were then blended to balance the sweetness and acidity. Aromas of white flower and honey-crisp apple lead way to flavours of Jasmine, lime and mineral notes.

Bright golden yellow in colour with a flinty minerality and an animating very well integrated tartness. The opulent ripe yellow fruit with pineapple and mango as well as a hint of elderberries and a pinch of salt in the aftertaste make this wine memorable. Very well balanced with lots of facets. These Riesling vines grow in red volcanic and slate soil that gives the wine aromas of spice along with tropical fruits, such as pineapple and mango.

Pale lemon in colour, this wine had an intense aroma of pink grapefruit, pineapple, and flavours of citrus fruits and apricots. Lively and piquant, this wine is refreshingly zesty and clean. It is a versatile partner to seafood, pasta with cream sauce, white meats, and cheeses such as Parmigiano.

Clear, bright and aromatic with notes of fleshy fruits such as peach, pear and melon accented by a touch of almond paste. This medium to almost full-bodied Pinot Gris has a round rich mouth-feel that is almost oily in texture. Wonderful flavours of melon, pear and peach fill the mouth. Notes of melon, tangerine and spice linger on the smooth finish. Serve lightly chilled at 14 to 16C. Pairs well with leek and mushroom quiche; sautéed scallops; crab cakes with mayo dipping sauce; pork tenderloin with pine-nut mushroom stuffing.

A bright straw yellow heralds the intense, elegant bouquet where the dominant citrus and white-fleshed fruits are threaded with appealing hints of Mediterranean. On the palate it unfolds over an intriguingly agile structure nicely paced by a well-sustained savouriness.

The vines have grown on the Lohrer Berg site where soils are a blend of pebbles, clay and loess. This wine possesses a delicate, refreshing citrus bouquet and lively acidity.
