The flavours are straight forward primarily vanilla, with some crème brûlée, toasted marshmallow, tangerine, peaches and cream, and gentle rye spice but they are clean and well-balanced. A delicious, lighter-style whisky.

The first release from the Town Collection; the Double Barreled is first aged in white oak barrels then re-barreled in heavily charred oak and finally finished with toasted Maplewood staves. The result is a rich, warm spirit filled with notes of dried stone fruit, sweet spice, vanilla and oak on a pleasing finish.

Naturally fermented, unfiltered, bottle conditioned cider aged in used American and French wine barrels.

A unique blend of apples, plums, chokecherries, haskaps and rhubarb all play a role in this bright and zesty cider.
