The luxurious wines of Champagne Devaux are expertly crafted with a balance between character and elegance, combining aromatic complexity with great finesse. The exceptional maturation process marks the Devaux style. The source of several crus allows our winemaker to create this Brut champagne with delicacy and complexity.

On the nose, the bouquet spirals through sweet, bright floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark hints of spices and liquorice root. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

Harvest occurs early in the morning and the fruit is then immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel cuves. A low temperature is kept while the wine is raised on fine lees in the cuve for eleven months and then bottled in September. The honey & white acacia blossom perfume is a rare treat. Youthful deliciousness.

Aroma of fresh, wild - ripe strawberries. Flavours of strawberries, cherries with some herbal notes accompanied by some spice and possessing a clean, well - balanced finish.

Lively with mineral notes on the nose, with a tonic and astringent finish.

Amber golden in colour, soft and rich on the palate with a fine and mellow fruit flavour blending in with the almond overtones of prolonged cask aging.

Dubonnet Rouge is ruby in colour and it has an elegant bouquet of mint, toffee, candied cherries and blackcurrants. The wine, which so gracefully combines these flavours, is both bold and slightly oaky, thus creating a balance with a certain aromatic insistence.

Complex and consistent. Providing a perfect balance between finesse and power, it draws out flavours of dark chocolate, cinnamon and roasted yellow figs, expressing its subtle, melt-in-the-mouth vinosity.

A blend of predominantly Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre grapes. A rich unctuous wine with notes of mature plums, hazelnuts and red fruits. Round tannins with powerful complexity.

Ruby red with vermillion tints. Aromas of small red fruits, blackberry and floral violet notes. Intensely aromatic, powerful but full of finesse. Supple with balance between the finesse of the aromas and an explosive richness due to the concentration of the wine. Greatly expressive of the terroir.

Dark and deep colour. Aroma of red fruits, specifically cherries and strawberries along with delicate oak aromas. Flavourable with notes of blackcurrant and vanilla. Remarkable freshness with notable and refined tannins as a result of oak aging.

A blend of Marsanne and Roussanne, with 12 months of aging partly in oak barrel. Golden yellow colour with aromas of white flowers, acacia and oak.

A fresh, sharp - tasting rose with delicate notes of red fruits.

Intense, deep red colour with purple reflections. Expressive aroma of fresh cherries, cinnamon and pepper. The wine is well - balanced with elegant tannins.

Beautiful ruby colour with purple undertones. The nose is complex with aromas of ripe fruit (plums, cherries) and spices (cardamom, pepper). On the palate, the attack is dense and velvety with well-melted tannins.

Pale yellow with green hints. Rich, with notes of grapefruit and tropical fruits. A very aromatic palate, round and acidulous. Beautiful length.

Pale tawny colour, aromas of almonds, pecans, maple and raisins; sweet raisin pie, caramel, walnut and fig flavours.

This is a 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc blend. It has aged for 12 mths in second fill barrels. The nose displays all the subtleties of the great Pomerol wines, mingling aromas of fresh raspberry, blackberry, black pepper, Earl Grey tea and lavender. The silky mouthfeel and lush flavours of red fruit prolong its expression on the palate. Its intensity lingers with hints of spice, liquorice and brown sugar.

The palate full bodied and round, with a smooth velvety texture balanced by firm mouth filling tannins. The juicy black fruit flavours linger into the rich luscious finish.

Rich, spicy, cedary and warm with dense blackberry and dark cherry fruit. Bold, concentrated and well balanced, with some nice floral violet notes as well as the richer, spicy, woody characters. Firm tannins, too. Very appealing.

Intense ruby colour, vanilla, coffee, cassis and blueberries on the nose. On the palate soft with integrated tannins, balanced with good acidity.

Aromatic with notes of boxwood and citrus fruit and a well integrated acidity. Balanced and full bodied on the palate, with notes of pineapple and white flowers. Enjoy as an Aperitif or with seafood and white meats.

Mumm Cordon Rouge is the signture cuvee of maison Mumm. This eceptional brut champagne blend is a composition of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes. It has been aged for a minimum of 20 months in Maison Mumm’s cellars. Scents of succulent white and yellow fruits entice, with hints of lychee, pineapple, praline. Appetizing aromas of pastry – yeast, brioche – heighten the anticipation. Vibrant freshness exciteS the palate. Complex and perfectly balanced, the wine reveals rounded, elegant flavors of fruit and caramel.

Gazela has a very light yellow citrine colour, with a slight fizz that enhances its bouquet, flavours and freshness. Aromatic and engaging, Gazela adds to its citrine and tropical fruit notes a lively and stimulating acidity, very well-balanced by a slight touch of sugar. The end product is a simple, versatile and very attractive wine.

An intense, brilliant cherry colour with purplish tints. Complex nose with red and black berry aromas of raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants. A smooth wine with fine tannins, harmonious and complete.

Brouilly, the most southerly of the Beaujolais "Crus". This ruby - coloured wine has a very fresh and fruity smell with hints of blueberry, blackberry and plum. A pleasant and joyous wine that can be drunk young though it ages well.

Bright and crisp notes of apple, pear and lemon peel with a refreshing finish.

This Chardonnay has notes of nectarine, acacia, coconut and hazelnut shine through. It is rounded and full on the palate with beautiful exotic notes and a lingering mineral finish.

This blend is comprised of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grapes. Bouquet of ripe fruits (blackcurrants, blackberries), crystallized fruit and spices. On the palate this is a big wine with plenty of very ripe rounded tannins.

A deep red colour with flashes of violet. The nose reveals complex aromas of small red and black fruit. On the palate, this blend blossoms into complex aromas of ripe red fruit, backed by notes of liquorice, gingerbread, and scrubland.

GRAHAM’S 10 Years Old Tawny has a deep tawny colour. On the nose, it shows complex nutty aromas combined with hints of honey and figs. On the palate, rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed with a luscious long finished.

Amber, golden tawny. Excellent bouquet with a characteristic “nutty” character and delicious mature fruit with hints of orange peel, exquisitely mellowed by careful ageing. Rich, softly sweet and smooth. Perfectly balanced, with a long and elegant finish. Pairs extremely well with nuts, dried fruits and fruitcake but also with vanilla ice cream or crème brûlée.

GRAHAM’S Late Bottled Vintage has a deep ruby colour. Rich perfumed, packed with red and black fruits of the forest. Sweet and bursting of flavours of black berries and black currants balanced by a backbone of firm tannins. With a long and lingering velvety smooth finish.

This 130 year old Tawny Port is a unique gem. The Special Edition is drawn from very few casks. Colheita Tawny Ports are produced from the very best single harvest and are not blended.
