Mantuano is a blend of rums that have been aged for up to 8 years. Aromas of dried plums, oak and a delicate spiciness are followed by flavours of dried fruits, wood and vanilla.

A complex blend of Copper pot still rums aged for 12 long years, has a characterful nose, showing fruit cake, rum'n'raisin ice cream, cocoa, dried ginger, cinnamon and clove. Develops baked bananas with fudge sauce and chewy toffee notes alongside vanilla oak and a deeper note of syrupy gingerbread, with hints of orange zest. The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose.

The Selección de Familia has been aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. First creamy, then juicy plum set against a backdrop of coconut. Cooked oak spice and brandy ripple across the palate, chased down by rounded pepper and bold toffee sweetness. Smooth, with thick notes of demerara sugar. Well-rounded, long finish with a hint of pipe tobacco on the tail.

Drewrys Easy Ale is a golden blonde variation of the American pale ale. Slightly complex with its top fermenting yeast and fresh Wisconsin water, it offers a crisp, dry flavour, a low-hop floral aroma, and fair body.

These ingredients are carefully combined to form a crisp, refreshing "session ale". It pours a brilliant gold colour, with a bubbly head and light, fruity aroma. The flavour is crisp and refreshing, fruity and smooth at the same time. Hints of green apple slice through the maltiness of the sorghum, making this an extremely quaffable beer.
