Our Gewürztraminer is rich and complex. It is made with a traditional taste profile, so it is just a bit sweet with crisp acidity. There are aromas of tangerine, mango and orange spice, joined by pineapple, baked pear and a bit of cinnamon.

Gazela has a very light yellow citrine colour, with a slight fizz that enhances its bouquet, flavours and freshness. Aromatic and engaging, Gazela adds to its citrine and tropical fruit notes a lively and stimulating acidity, very well-balanced by a slight touch of sugar. The end product is a simple, versatile and very attractive wine.

Full bodied with hints of honeydew, papaya, anise and roasted nuts. Well balanced, finishes long and smooth. A great sipping sake. This versatile food sake compliments duck, grilled chicken and pork, scallops and steamed shellfish dishes.

Gekkeikan Draft is micro-filtered and bottled as soon as the fermentation process is complete, for a light, refreshing flavour. Light, clean, with hints of banana and a refreshing light finish. Best served chilled or on the rocks.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Vinification includes double-sorting and whole-berry fermentation using native yeasts. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. Aged 20mths in mostly new French Oak. Notes of blackberries, black cherries, licorice, cedar box and earthiness.

Gentleman Jack is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel. It receives an additional “blessing” when it is charcoal mellowed again after reaching maturity, giving it ultimate smoothness. Gentleman Jack is full-bodied with fruit and spices, and its finish is silky, warm, and pleasant.

GRAHAM’S 10 Years Old Tawny has a deep tawny colour. On the nose, it shows complex nutty aromas combined with hints of honey and figs. On the palate, rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed with a luscious long finished.

Amber, golden tawny. Excellent bouquet with a characteristic “nutty” character and delicious mature fruit with hints of orange peel, exquisitely mellowed by careful ageing. This 130 year old Tawny Port is a unique gem. The Special Edition is drawn from very few casks. Colheita Tawny Ports are produced from the very best single harvest and are not blended.

A medium intensity ruby coloured wine, characterised by the primary aromas of the grapes from which it is made, such as plum and black cherry, with some balsamic notes. The result is a remarkably balanced whole, with a clean finish of medium persistence.

First, the aroma of citrus, followed by juniper and a subtle hint of cool coastal fir trees. Then, fresh mint and the umami flavours of kombu sea kelp are rounded out by a beautiful lasting creamy almond finish.

This Pinot Noir comes out of the gate with aromas of fresh mixed berries and dark cherries leading to hints of lavender, violets and a touch of cassis. This is an exceptionally balanced wine with good acidity whose flavours are given structure by a light touch of caramelized oak.

The nose begins with lingonberries and waxy leaves, as well as sour cherries, violets, and rosebuds, followed by a more traditional line of rye spice, oak, and cinnamon. The palate is rich with vanilla upfront, with chocolate syrup, green oak, and the burnt corner pieces from a brownie tray. A short finish shifts to astringent oak, with spearmint, and baking spices heavy on the cloves.

This 15 YO Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been finished in Jamaican pot still rum casks. On the nose: cornbread, cocoa nibs, tobacco leaf, and an abundance of maple syrup. The palate delivers dried apricot, and sandalwood, with a nutty richness and a finish of toasted coconut, holiday spice, and toasted oak.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is sustainably sourced from two renowned Paso Robles vineyards. Dense purple in color, aromas of dark red fruit, blueberry, black cherry, cassis and cola with a dusting of baking spice. The wine is velvety and lush presenting delicious flavours of black cherry and blackberry with back notes of coffee, mocha and a hint of vanilla. The flavors are complemented by lively acidity and fine tannins.
