The 100% Riesling grapes from The View vineyards in East Kelowna were hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation occurred in two different tanks at different temperatures with different yeast strains for complexity. One wine was fermented dry while the other wines’ fermentation was stopped leaving some residual sugar. The batches were then blended to balance the sweetness and acidity. Aromas of white flower and honey-crisp apple lead way to flavours of Jasmine, lime and mineral notes.

Pale lemon in colour, this wine had an intense aroma of pink grapefruit, pineapple, and flavours of citrus fruits and apricots. Lively and piquant, this wine is refreshingly zesty and clean. It is a versatile partner to seafood, pasta with cream sauce, white meats, and cheeses such as Parmigiano.

The pinot gris adds lovely pear notes to compliment the fresh fruit salad aromas. Light, fresh and easy to agree with, this off dry white is a true crowd pleaser.

This rose is a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes. Bright aromas of raspberry, strawberry & rhubarb, lead to vibrant, fruit forward flavours of red berry and tangerine are followed by a refreshing crisp finish.

Clear, bright and aromatic with notes of fleshy fruits such as peach, pear and melon accented by a touch of almond paste. This medium to almost full-bodied Pinot Gris has a round rich mouth-feel that is almost oily in texture. Wonderful flavours of melon, pear and peach fill the mouth. Notes of melon, tangerine and spice linger on the smooth finish. Serve lightly chilled at 14 to 16C. Pairs well with leek and mushroom quiche; sautéed scallops; crab cakes with mayo dipping sauce; pork tenderloin with pine-nut mushroom stuffing.

Yellow, green with medium intensity. Notes of apricots and peaches in the aroma. Flavourful wine with good acidity and a fruity finish.

Rebel Chardonnay is pale yellow in colour with a golden hue. The nose shows delicate citrus with lychee & melon aromas. The elegant palette is light bodied, slippery & broad reflecting the aromas of the nose. The firm citrusy acidity shows a fresh tangy finish.

True Sauvignon Blanc nose with gooseberry and citrus.

White peach and golden hues, flatter the orchard fruit and ripe strawberry aromas. Complements of toasted nut and red berries linger with a soft and creamy floral mousse finish.

Straw yellow in colour, this wine exhibits intense citrus aromas. Fruity and mild in the palate with a balanced acidity that highlights the freshness. Elegant and mineral finish.

This Pinot Grigio exhibits a straw colour with greenish hues. Delicate fresh apple skin, pineapple and quince aromas with citrus blossoms notes and a touch of pastry or mineral. Medium-bodied on the palate with fruity and spicy character and a great refreshing and flavourful finish.

Pale salmon tinges, fruit aromas such a peaches, fresh mango, lemon curd and green apple. Medium body with bright acidity and fresh finish in the mouth.

On the nose, a bouquet of bright citrus aromas such as orange rind, grapefruit, and Meyer lemon. Lively flavours of honeysuckle and ginger, with a hint of minerality on the palate lead you to a nice long finish with a crisp, clean acidity.

Aromas of pear, citrus and a wisp of cedar. On the palate ripe pear, citrus and melon.

Coral pink in colour and explodes with flavours of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit and white peach. Crisp and refreshing.

Crisp with flavours of citrus, green apple and hints of savoury herbs.
