Careful oak cask ageing gives the wine an ultimate dimension that turns it into an irresistible one. This is a characteristic Malbec varietal, a full body wine, with a complex structure, with surprising notes of red berries eucalyptus spice and black pepper. After a year in the bottle, it becomes more unctuous in character, intense and concentrated.

The wine shows a pale yellow hue, with greenish reflections. The bouquet shows off all the varietal characteristics: citrus at the start and then nuances of pineapple, mango and passion fruit. It is dry, sweet and round in the mouth, with balanced acidity and a long finish.

This is a blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our oldest vineyards dating from the 1969 and 1937 respectively. The nose highlights the fruity character with notes of fresh cherries and walnut, in harmony with notes of soft smoked by the French oak barrel during the ageing period. A grappa produced from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Distilled in small batches in a copper pot still, this is subject to a double maturation. A variation of the traditional Sambuca dei Cesari Luxardo. It is aromatized with licorice, with a production recipe entailing several levels of successive infusions to blend the different ingredients. The predominant taste is star anise, combined with a new velvety sensation on the palate of lightly spicy hints of cardamom and coriander and an aftertaste dominated by licorice aromas. It is neither an ordinary licorice digestivo nor a commonplace coffee-sambuca.

Luxardo Triplum is obtained from the distillation of the three types of citrus fruit and a selection of dried flowers. All this gives to the distillate a unique refined aroma. The distillate is filtered, diluted and sugared.

Malfy Gin Rosa is made with the peel of sun-ripened Sicilian pink grapefruit grown in citrus groves on the Mediterranean. The peels are infused with juniper in an Italian grain spirit for 36 hours. Five other botanicals--lemon peel, grapefruit peel, angelica root, orris root, and coriander are used in its production. This very pale rose tinged gin has aromas and flavours of grapefruit, rhubarb, citrus, anise, and of course juniper.

A very intense ruby red in colour, this vintage shows a nose with captivating notes of ripe fruit (blackberries, plums, and wild cherries) which perfectly reflect the characteristics of the growing season. On the palate the wine is well structured, with supple tannins which are both sweet and rounded; the lengthy finish promises long life and the aftertaste recalls, together, notes of ripe fruit and licorice.

A secret blend of grapes, including Riesling Italico and Nebbiolo, is at the heart of this well-balanced sparkling wine. Enticing aroma and delicate notes of raspberry and wild rose.
