Catena Chardonnay combines the unique expressions of three high altitude vineyard sites. Shows an intense greenish colour with yellow notes. The extraordinary combination of these vineyards offer honey and tropical fruit flavours while lending notes of citrus, pears, peaches. A strong minerality and hint of vanilla.

Catena High Mountain Malbec presents a dark, violet colour with deep black tones. This microclimate blend of four unique vineyard sites offers intense aromas with a soft, generous texture and concentrated flavours.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

The 100% Riesling grapes from The View vineyards in East Kelowna were hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation occurred in two different tanks at different temperatures with different yeast strains for complexity. One wine was fermented dry while the other wines’ fermentation was stopped leaving some residual sugar. The batches were then blended to balance the sweetness and acidity. Aromas of white flower and honey-crisp apple lead way to flavours of Jasmine, lime and mineral notes.

The Syrah grapes used to make this rose are from a sport overlooking the lake between Penticton and OK Falls. This wine was entirely whole bunch pressed with little to no skin contact before it was gently pressed out creating a light pink color. Aromas of watermelon, rhubarb and red berries lead way to flavours of strawberry, cranberry and candied Meyer lemon.

This red is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. Ageing occurred in American and French oak before blending. Aromas and flavours of blackberry, raspberry, vanilla, red current and cedar. Very smooth finish.

Big opulent black currant, blackberry, fig and raspberry with crushed rock violets, forest floor with a hint of black pepper. The tannins hit the front gums and are chunky with a velvety texture, the acidity is balanced and pushes the black fig and forest floor flavours all the way to the back of the pallet into the long, generous finish.

Yellow green in hue, this wine has distinctive and powerful aromas of herbal spice, fresh melon and ripe peaches. This is a blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our oldest vineyards dating from the 1969 and 1937 respectively. Luigi Bosca Malbec is an intense purple colour wine, with distinct aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and black pepper. The intensity of the entry in the mouth is complemented with the softness and sweetness of tannins, respecting the characteristics of the grape variety in Argentina. Pure, full-bodied, well-structured red wine with character and all the juiciness typical of this variety. A long lingering and elegant finish.

Vivacious red with violet sparkles. A noble tear indicates its structure. Plum jam & raisin combined with pipe tobacco, vanilla & toasted notes dominate the aromas. Very well balanced with sweet & soft tannins. Fruity full of plums & chocolate notes. Pleasant finish.
