The finish is long with fine-grained tannins from sixteen months maturation in a combination of new and older French oak hogsheads. Although drinking well now this wine may be cellared for up to ten years from vintage.

Conundrum Red Blend has a nose that is almost floral, with tones of lavender, dried berries, baking chocolate, bacon bits. Aromas are rich, velvety and wonderfully appealing. Black Forest is a dark, decadent red blend from Cupcake Vineyards. Rich flavours of blackberry and dark cherry with hints of mocha and spice, this wine has a silky, luxurious finish.

Red Velvet is a blend of classic red varietals with Zinfandel as a base. Subtle subtle aromas and flavours of chocolate with mocha notes, red and blackberry fruits and a hint of coconut.

Ripe flavours of blackberry, blueberry and black cherry, complemented by raspberry and strawberry. Spicy notes of black pepper and vanilla add layers and allow fruits to be the star.

Medium tawny. Lifted aromas of ripe dark fruit and nuts with barrel aged characters. Wonderfully integrated fruit, almond, chocolate and nutty flavours together with barrel aged characters combine to give a persistent flavoursome palate.

Distilled and aged to demonstrate finesse and delicacy of California brandy. Loads of fruit and varietal grape flavours dominate, with a light balance of butterscotch and vanilla notes recovered from carefully selected barrels used in aging, lightly bodied with a crisp, clean finish.
