This easy-drinking Cabernet / Merlot has shades of dark ripe fruit, tobacco and leather. Fresh and juicy on the palate with a touch of tannin. This wine is equally delicious accompanying a formal dinner as it is while sitting in the stands, cheering on the team. Serve slightly below room temperature - 15 to 18°C. Great by itself and with dishes like pasta, pork, pizza or excellent with Herbed Barbequed Chicken or Braised Beef.

This blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling combines the best of two noble varieties. The perfumed nose shows pineapple, mango, peach and nectarine with a slight herbal aroma. Well-ripened fleshy tropical and stone fruit add to a perception of sweetness and carry through on a palate mixed with a hint of cool herbal flavour.
