The grapes for Barefoot Pink Pinot Grigio were harvested at optimum ripeness during cool night temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. The winemaker selected particularly aromatic yeast strains and employed a moderate fermentation process, which together have enhanced the natural flavours and expressive mouthfeel of this wine. Proper storage after fermentation has preserved the natural bright flavours and balance in the wine.

An intense, violet-red, our Tributo Carmenere shows tremendous intensity on the nose as well. Opens with dark fruit aromas with a touch of spice, followed by characteristic notes of the variety, such as roasted red pepper & black pepper. Very soft & silky tannins unfold on the palate, whose vibrant acidity & tremendous volume suggest good cellaring potential.

In Italian, "Paisano" means friend. This is a slightly sweet red wine with lots of fresh red fruit flavours.

Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.

Deep ruby red in colour. On the nose this wine exhibits lifted notes of blackcurrant, dark cherry, cinnamon and espresso bean. In the mouth flavours of cassis, plum and nutmeg dominate. Rich yet elegant tannins impart fine structure and a long finish.

Pale straw colour with green reflections. This sauvignon blanc has elegant aromas of citrus fruit with a hint of white flowers. This wine is dry and crisp with clean, citrus flavours and has refreshing acidity.

Pale yellow with greenish hues infused with notes of peach, pear and herbaceous touches. It is fresh and light from the start, with citric notes accompanied by a rich and balanced acidity.

It is the most famous variety of Casillero del Diablo. Its 2005 Vintage was awarded by Decanter as the best of the planet. It owns an intense cherry and plum bouquet, with vanilla and toast finishes. Is one of the red varieties with full wine in mouth, elegant and ideal to match beef in pepper sauce.

Flexible, of soft tannins, expresses freshness and sweetness. In its Merlot, Casillero del Diablo captured all the finesse of a subtle wine, of low astringency, with blackberry, strawberries and raspberries, together with chocolate, vanilla and cassis notes.
