Red Velvet is a blend of classic red varietals with Zinfandel as a base. Subtle subtle aromas and flavours of chocolate with mocha notes, red and blackberry fruits and a hint of coconut.

Ripe flavours of blackberry, blueberry and black cherry, complemented by raspberry and strawberry. Spicy notes of black pepper and vanilla add layers and allow fruits to be the star.

This wine displays lovely layers of pear, apple and lemon drops. On the palate, the pure fruit flavours are underscored by crisp acidity and subtle hints sweet oak that add length to the finish.

Varietal Composition is 58% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Malbec, 7% Petite Verdot, and 6% Zinfandel. Voluptuous dark fruit aromas of blackberry and black cherry, with hints of lavender and rustic savory spice. The rich berry notes are echoed on the palate, where silky, fine-grained tannins and enlivening acidity carry the flavors to a lush, lingering finish.

Deep cherry red in colour. Don Melchor 2017 is a wine with extraordinary elegance. Full of aromas and flavours and a marked presence of red berries. On the palate, there are strong notes of Cabernet Sauvignon from Puente Alto, with fine and delicate tannins, while also providing a good density and long-lasting finish.

Don Melchor is born from the blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. This icon spends 15 months in French oak barrels and has great cellaring potential. A wine with layers of complexity. Aromatic with red fruits and floral notes. Very flavourable with a long refined finish.

A highly expressive wine, with personality and complexity. The wine shows lots of small red fruits, as well as floral notes displayed as a whole. On the palate, the wine is full of flavour and dominated by elegance and balance, as well as a great texture of the tannins, with a long refined finish.

Aged a total of 24 months. The nose offers an explosion of dark fruit with decadent aromas of raspberry-filled chocolates, black currant, mulberry and huckleberry jam, as well as more savory notes of cedar and spice. On the palate, firm tannins underscore this wine’s opulence and ageability, framing the blackberry, fig and black currant flavors, with bright underlying acidity providing poise and finesse to the long, layered finish.

The varietal composition for this vintage is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. It has been aged a total of 24 months in barrel. Enticing aromas of black cherry, red currant and rose petals mingle with sophisticated hints of hazelnut, clove, caramel and fig preserves. A silky palate with juicy layers of plum, tayberry and chocolate-covered blueberries are framed by elegantly structured tannins, with notes of red licorice, mint, maple and sage adding complexity to a long, dynamic finish.

Distilled and aged to demonstrate finesse and delicacy of California brandy. Loads of fruit and varietal grape flavours dominate, with a light balance of butterscotch and vanilla notes recovered from carefully selected barrels used in aging, lightly bodied with a crisp, clean finish.

Charcoal filtered and mellowed in selected American White Oak casks to highlight the delicate grape flavours. The result is a smooth, complex, and aromatic brandy.

Miguel Torres brand produces this Chilean Brandy using Rose Muscatel and Muscat of Alexandria grape varieties. Colourless with an exuberant floral notes of roses and jasmine, in addition to candied citrus peels. On the palate, it is appetizing and even creamy, with a long and persistent aftertaste.

A clear, pale yellow wine with refreshing citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime. These mix beautifully with the subtle tropical fruit aromas, especially pineapple. Balanced, fresh and fruity on the palate, its finish is long and persistent.

Ruby coloured; moderate aromas of ripe blackberry, cedar and spice; dry and medium bodied; flavours of rich blackberry and a spicy, cedar finish.

Light pink colour with intense aromas of cherries and black currant. Elegant, fresh, fruity and balanced.

Intense ruby-red in colour with sweet aromas of ripe strawberries elegantly combined with spices such as pepper, along with subtle sweet and toasted notes from the barrel aging. The palate is firm but very silky, with elegant, well-structured tannins, great volume and a persistent finish. Ideal served with grilled or roasted red or white meats, pork tenderloin with red wine reduction and spices, and beef fillet with black pepper.

Deep cherry-red in colour with intense aromas of red fruits such as cassis and raspberries with a spicy touch of black pepper and rosemary, a light floral note of violet, and a bit of vanilla. The palate is elegant and full of character with firm yet soft and silky tannins and a fruity finish that recalls fresh black plums. Big-bodied red wines like this one, should be accompanied by full flavoured dishes such as: Wagyu Rib-eye with potatoes au gratin, Baby Goat Ribs roasted in an adobe oven or Spit-Roasted Lamb.

Superbly rich fruit, soft tannins and dark colour. Exhibits aromas of mahogany smoke, leather and brown spice, while earthy flavours intertwine with caramelized plum.

With a light straw colour, this wine opens with the soft aromas of melon and white peach, with an underlying note of pantry spice. On the palate, it offers a flinty first impression, evoking the freshness of summer rain hitting pavement. An initial tartness quickly dissipates, yielding to the wine's minerality. Lean but with a fleshy fruit body, this wine remains dry and maintains interest with a lingering lime citrus finish.

Intense red ruby colour and purple highlights. Spicy, with notes of black pepper, paprika, black and red ripe fruit, fringed by rosemary, dill, clove, and cinnamon. Roasted red pepper, figs and a hint of blackberries.

Brilliant light yellow in colour, Aconcagua Costa Chardonnay offers various layers of aromas recalling fresh citrus notes followed by passion fruit, guava and grapefruit intermingled with subtle aromas of honey and white flowers. The fruitiness reappears on the palate along with good acidity that lends tremendous freshness. The vertical and linear palate stands out for its minerality, elegance, character and long ageing potential.

Of pale yellow colour, with greenish hues, Aconcagua Costa single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is elegant and austere. Citric aromas of grapefruit laced with notes of passion fruit and subtle hints of herbs are predominant on the nose. This vertical wine feels dry and edgy on the palate, with light mineral notes and a great acidity that gives it nerve and freshness.

The grapes come from selected vineyards that grow in the Aconcagua and Maipo Valleys. 70% of the wine was aged in barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has a classic ruby-red colour, with a nose that shows aromas of red fruit such as sour cherries and strawberries intermingled with spicy flavours along with black pepper and tobacco. The medium-bodied palate is juicy with a good level of acidity and friendly tannins that lead to a pleasant finish.

The grapes for our Estate Carmenere were selected from our vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Deep purplish-red in colour, with an aromatic expression that reflects the varietal balance, offering aromas of nutmeg and red pepper and notes of violets and sweet spices. The palate is intense, with smooth, friendly tannins and pleasing, well-balanced acidity that leads to a pleasingly refreshing finish.

The grapes for our Chardonnay Estate come from our vineyards in the Casablanca Valley. Greenish-yellow in colour, our Estate Chardonnay displays all of the intensity of the fruit obtained this year. Notes of pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, and quince predominate over a layer of citrus and lemon blooms, all wrapped in a layer of light toast that adds complexity. Bright acidity keeps it fresh, while a pleasingly creamy texture lingers on its elegant finish.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. Aging occurred in French Oak barrels for 12 months. Claret red colour with ruby shimmers. The nose has notes of strawberries, cherries and some blueberries, accompanied by a soft tone reminiscent of mint, cloves, hints of rosemary and pastries. The palate is predominated by red fruits and bitter chocolate.

The Carmenere grapes come from vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. Aging occurred in French Oak barrels for 12 months. Deep violet in colour with aromas of black and red fruits, herbs, roasted red bell pepper, rosemary and dill which are all framed by soft notes of chocolate and roasted coffee beans. On the palate are notes of nuts, dark cherries and coffee.

Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from our cool-climate vineyards in the Aconcagua Region. a straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose citrus, green apple, guava and fresh herbal notes. The citric notes and green apple and herbal touches dominate the palate.

This blend is comprised of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan grapes. The palate is fresh, lineal, and mineral with delicious notes of red and black fruits that recall black currants and blueberries along with a touch of incense and black pepper to create a very expressive and juicy wine.

Villa Don Maximiano is the second wine from Don Maximiano Founder's Reserve. It is an intense and elegant blend, made from varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Grenache and Mourvedre, all harvested from the Don Maximiano vineyards. This wine is elegant, dense and refined. Displaying fruit purity and intensity, yet distinctively focused. A rush of fresh fruits rise from the glass, including red cherries and blueberries. As well, there are notes of cocoa. It is a very fruity and refreshing wine that has a seamless impression from beginning to end. The tannins are firm and well - structured.

Grape varietals in this blend include: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Carmenere, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. The colour is deep, intense ruby-red with purple highlights. The nose dominated by blackberries, blueberries and black olives, mingling with fresh spices and delicate balsamic, graphite and roast hazelnut. The Palate is concentrated revealing a complex array of flavours elegantly combining notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and Ente plum with spices and pepper, enhanced by a touch of ristretto. The finish is concentrated and well-balanced.

Aromas of dried cherry, cranberry, plum, caramel and mocha fill the senses, followed by vibrant flavours of cherry pie filling and cola. A velvety texture and bright acidity distinguish this naturally-balanced wine.

Our Gewürztraminer is rich and complex. It is made with a traditional taste profile, so it is just a bit sweet with crisp acidity. There are aromas of tangerine, mango and orange spice, joined by pineapple, baked pear and a bit of cinnamon.

This wine offers aromas of stone fruit, apricot notes and a hint of toasted brioche. Bright and lively on the palate, crisp peach notes give way to lush and creamy toasted oak on the finish.

Our medium-bodied Chardonnay is a bright, fruit-forward wine with tropical fruit, lime and pear essence; complete with balanced acidity. Well-structured with flavours of green apple, a touch of vanilla and toasted oak on the finish.

Flat Top Hills Pinot Noir is bright yet complex with red stone fruit and ripe berry flavors. It has aromas of cherry and a hint of mint. The flavors are a delightful combination of plum, earth notes, cedar and a touch of tobacco on the finish.

Intense ruby red color. On the nose are notes of ripe red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, and spices such as black pepper, white pepper and slight notes of tobacco. In the mouth it has a good volume, balanced, with a balanced acidity and firm tannins. Round, with long medium persistence.

Clean and bright, lemon-green in color. This organic Sauvignon Blanc has a tangy freshness and lively fruit flavors of passion fruit, lime and citrus. On the palate it is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, and has a crisp acidity which provides vibrancy and length on the pleasing finish.

Our Ménage à Trois exposes the fresh, ripe, jam fruit that is the calling card of California wines. Forward, silky, and soft, this delicious alliance makes the perfect accompaniment for grilled meats or chicken.

Expressing notes of black fruits, coffee, almonds and vanilla on the nose. Concentrated ripe stone fruits meet a hint of toasted oak on the palate. Full - bodied wine, enhanced by a long spicy finish.

Purple garnet in appearance with aromas and flavours of blackberries, cherries, plum, currants, dried herbs, spice and toasted oak.
