Only 100% pure blue agave is used in our Rosa Blanco Tequila. Slow fermented for 48-60 hours and then double distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is then aged in red wine oak barrels for a short period of time to absorb the colour of the wine casks. Floral notes evolve into unique aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and honey. The Pinot Noir grapes have been sourced from different regions in California. Aging has occurred in new and old French oak.
