This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

The nose is layered with exotic spice, cracked black pepper and of course streaked with crushed vanillin, Palate is polished and smooth on entry but steeped in depth and texture as the flavors swirl around, lengthen and delight, the lasting impression is satisfying but subtle and fine.

Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), its pale color is pleasing to the eye. Very pale pink and perfumed. Focused fruit and notably crisp with a fine dry finish.

This Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot blend has aromatics ripe fruits and liquorice. Rounded, fresh and well structured palate, and well integrated oak on the finish.

Intense red color with a beautiful brilliance. Cabernet Sauvignon the grape variety that contributes blackcurrant and spicy aromas, color, robustness and good ageing potential. Merlot, adding roundness and fruitiness. Cabernet Franc, lighter in color and tannins than the Cabernet Sauvignon, brings fresh fruit notes and a good balance. "

Deep ruby color. The intense bouquet, emanating blackberries and Morello cherries, intermingles harmoniously with a hint of oak. The attack on the palate is supple and full, with a finish boasting tremendous range for a Bordeaux Supérieur.

This blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc has notes of plum fruit.

This cuvée made with about 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc is a blend of different lots reflecting the diversity of all local terroirs: the clay bringing the body, the gravel giving the structure and the chalk ensuring the finesse. The current blend is mainly the 2010 vintage ; the exceptional climatic conditions of this vintage are expressed when tasting the wine which shows a deep intense color, some scents of black fruits (mulberries, cherries) greatly backed up by a lovely integrated tanic structure, this enhancing a long and complex final.

This blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre has sweet raspberry and black cherry on the nose, with some herbs, licorice and pepper notes. Great fruit flavours in the mouth complement the herbs, spice and licorice notes. Medium- to full-bodied with sweet tannins leading to a long finish, this is an ideal wine for lamb dishes.

Full, round and racy. Rounded and smooth tannins. A full-bodied, rich and intently aromatic wine.

Beautiful ruby colour with purple undertones. The nose is complex with aromas of ripe fruit (plums, cherries) and spices (cardamom, pepper). On the palate, the attack is dense and velvety with well-melted tannins.

An intense, brilliant cherry colour with purplish tints. Complex nose with red and black berry aromas of raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants. A smooth wine with fine tannins, harmonious and complete.

Fresh, perfumed nose with notes of peach, pear and apple. Well balanced wine with a great finish.

Off-dry in sweetness, this Chenin Blanc has freshness on the palate with hints of apricot and stone fruit. Its hint of sweetness is counterbalanced by a high level of acidity making this a wine that is round and fresh easy to drink now or a wine that can age well.

Styled to be fuller in body and structure than most of Jadot's Mâconnais wines, it is partially fermented and aged in oak casks to add breadth to the ripe fruit notes. An excellent balance of medium-full fruit and acidity on the palate and a lingering finish. Perfect with hors d'oeuvres, white meats, poultry, sea fruits, grilled fish and goat cheese. It is best served chilled.

Medium-full bodied and elegant with flavours of ripe red berries, strawberry, raspberry, cherry, mocha and spice with some floral notes. Enjoy young, slightly chilled with roast turkey, chicken or veal. You will be able to appreciate it with stronger foods after several years of aging accompanying delicate meat dishes as well as most cheeses.

Dry, medium bodied, and easy to drink with fresh acidity and a fruit-filled finish. Serve cool. The perfect foil to charcuterie and rich pates. Also delicious with salmon and vegetarian dishes.

This wine is harmonious and balanced, with a plump fruitiness and silky texture offset by round, gentle tannins in a wine of medium body and elegant structure. With this wine, you can enjoy grilled or boiled red meats, roasts, mild game, soft cheeses like Camembert and Brie.

The Bourgogne blanc is pale yellow with green tinges. It is floral on the nose and clean and lively with resin hints on the palate.

Aromatic nose of passionfruit and wisps of rose. The palate is fresh with fruits and florals (violet and rose). Well balanced with spicy notes (pepper, ginger).
