Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and minerality, Pinot Noir gives us body and structure, and Pinot Meunier brings weight and roundness to the wine. Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

A pretty orange salmon colour with aromas of peach, melon, red apple, and rose petal. This rosé is light, fresh, and dry with red berry and tree fruit flavours.

The palate is clean, refreshing and has a crisp citrusy finish.

Intense aromas of raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant with a hint of pepper. Rich palette with refreshing bright red fruit and peppery character.

Aged in 2,500 litre oak casks, our LOLA Merlot has aromas of wild cherries and blackberries with fine tannins.

A vibrant pink coral colour, this lean and delicate sparkler dazzles with a nose of fresh strawberry and watermelon. Light in body with a refreshing mouth feel.

Aromas of red cherry, cranberry, raspberry and fig. Fresh and juicy on the palate with flavours of cherry and raspberry with slight toasty notes.

Pale and brilliantly gleaming with rose-petal highlights. Aromas of citrus fruit such as grapefruit and tropical fruit on the palate. Crisp, tangy and well balanced.
