Dark Amber in colour with aromas of walnut husks, chocolate-mocha, black liquorice, red apple and chai. On the palate French vanilla, pecan, dried fruit, cut wood, earthy-herbal and leather. Chocolate nut bar creeps into the finish. Rich and velvety.

Rich Amber colour with aromas of vanilla bean, oakwood, dried fruits, praline and nutmeg. On the palate dried oak, toasted sugar, salted caramel and cinnamon bark with subtle pepper an rye spice at the finish.

Pendleton whisky is an oak barrel-aged whisky distilled in Canada using the finest ingredients. Before bottling, glacier-fed spring water is added from Mt. Hood (Oregon’s highest peak) Pendleton whisky delivers an uncommonly smooth taste and rich, complex flavour.

Founders Keifer Sutherland, Gary Briggs, Shawn Hiscott and Rob Steele have created a masterful collaboration of rhythm and taste. A clean nose aroma with caramel, toasted cereal and a wisp of rye spice. In the palate you’ll taste a complex smooth caramel, toasted grain, enhanced by a nice roasted oak with a hint of spicy note at the end.

Aromatic with notes of banana bread and burnt sugar. Flavourful with hints of toffee, vanilla, crème brûlée balanced with warm pear and dark chocolate. The finish is warm and lingering.

This whisky shows depth of whisky and the exquisite sweetness of maple. The roasted notes of the maple (burnt sugar, chicory, black coffee beans) perfectly combine with the wooden, fruity character of the whisky. The long finish has subtle notes of ginger, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon.

Whisky made the Canadian way; locally sourced grains are individually distilled, matured and blended, then finished in ice-wine casks from our Wayne Gretzky winery. This process polishes the whisky, adding rich oak and spice, along with sweet notes, balancing all of the elements to produce a refined and smooth whisky.
