Our 2012 Pfeiffer Shiraz is vibrant purple-red in colour, with an inviting nose of dark fruits and spice. The palate is rich and robust, with lovely depth across the mid-palate and a lingering spice on the finish.

100% Tempranillo named after the winery’s founder, from perhaps the most carefully-tended Pradorey single vineyard, currently being converted to organic status. El Buen Alfarero translates as "the good potter", this artisanal wine is unique and no two bottle are exactly alike as they are dressed by hand. This blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Albillo has been aged for 7 months in earthenware jars called "tinajas", just as it would have been over 100 years ago. It is bright, dark-hued purple-red with intense bluish notes. the nose is bold with outstanding red fruits. Shot in the Dark is crafted from a blend of grapes from vineyards carefully selected by John Quarisa. The grapes were fermented to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. This wine is a deep brick red, with notes of blackberry and blueberry with a hint of cinnamon spice. The palate is oozing dark black fruit with ripe tannins and well integrated oak.
