The Palate displays ripe plum, prune, chocolate and nut flavours are present on a long, soft, textured palate.

Light apple, ripe quince and fresh candied citrus rind flavours are present on a palate which exhibits firm length and a dry finish. Residual sugar in this style is balanced by acid and the alcohol in this fortified wine helps to lift the fruit aromas.
