It all started back in 1780 when John Jameson created his triple-distilled, smooth Irish whiskey and John knew a thing or three about making great tasting whiskey. That’s why, today, we continue his tradition and make sure that Jameson Irish whiskey is always as perfect as the day John Jameson released his first cask from his single distillery triple distilled, twice as smooth and perfectly balanced.

This Five Oak Cask Release is matured in a combination of three different types of virgin oak (Irish, European and American), in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The finished result is a whiskey that is equal parts complex and smooth.

Knappogue Castle 12 YO is an exceptional single malt made exclusively from malted barley. This stout has a deep black colour with reddish hue and pours with a thick creamy head. Rich and complex coffee aroma with light liquorice notes, the Fuggles hops leads to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.
