The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Created with fresh spring water from the nearby Pitilie Burn, they are truly "Scotch" Scotches, as only Scottish Optic Barley is used. Colour: Full, gold yellow. Nose: Floral, light smoke, nutty, orange zest. Palate: Fresh, hint of sweetness, honey, oak, citrus. Body: Full bodied. Finish: Long, subtle vanilla, soft oily, subtle sweetness.

Bright and clear with olive green hues. Limes, guava, and passionfruit with a delicate herbal edge. Lively and refreshing with abundant fresh fruit characters and a clean, fresh finish.

Carefully matured in the finest American bourbon and Spanish sherry oak casks for at least 12 years. Married and mellowed in oak marrying tuns for complete harmony of aroma and flavour. A single malt Scotch whisky with distinctive fresh pear, creamy with subtle oak flavours and a long smooth and mellow finish.

Bright golden amber; aromas of smoke, toasted coconut, vanilla and roasted seaweed; warming alcohol, full bodied, with pronounced flavours of smoke, ocean mist, dried flowers and a balancing sweet vanilla.

Loveblock Gewurztraminer is pale yellow with hints of green in the glass. The nose is classic perfume of rosewater & Turkish Delight with a touch of jasmine & orange zest. The palette starts with hints of guava, sweet mandarin & blood orange, finishing with good texture and nice acid tension.

Clear, pale straw golden. Pita bread maltiness with white fruit, hints of subtle peatiness and floral honeysuckle. Toasted bread maltiness, succulent pear and crisp apple fruit with just enough charcoal and peaty smokiness and dry nutty wood. More dry nutty notes emerge with subtle lingering peat smoke. Wonderfully rounded and flavoursome.

The nose is heavy with loads of superb chocolate and savoury notes. The palate is rich and defined with rich flavours and great mouth feel. The palate progresses from… chocolate, plums, spice and toasty oak; then to an elegant tannic finish that lingers for minutes. Pairs amazing with red meats and red pasta dishes. Cheers!!
