Medium to full bodied palate weight, characterised by firm tannins and a savoury masculine finish. An ideal accompaniment to red meat and premium cuts of prime beef. Will continue to improve over the next 4-6 years.

The deep ruby colour foreshadows aromas of black currants and raspberry compote. These notes are echoed on the palate, and complimented by dark chocolate and a dusting of nutmeg. The intensity of the fruit sits in perfect balance with the texture of the wine.

Dense purple, masses of blueberries, cassis and leather with intense aromas of coffee and mocha. Spicy lifted and pure, 2010 vintage has a 20% amarone component which adds juicy savoury tannins, richness and elongated length. Moussaka- Traditional Vegetarian Eggplant Lasagna.
